We recently had him replaced our water heater, while the quote was not the lowest, we can rest assure that there would be no ""price adjustment"" surprises like if we go through a contractor from Home Depot. Look forward to working with Belfast Plumbing again on our future plumbing/renovation projects.

Amazing! Brian totally helped us out with a lingering plumbing issue in one of our bathrooms. The contractor who did the renovation did a horrible job. On Brian's first visit, he got the water flow up on the bathroom sink. It was at trickle. He then took apart the shower unit and diagnosed the problem. I scheduled him for the second visit and he just competed it . Everything is working as it should! He took everything apart and cut into the adjoining wall to reinstall the shower correct. He also put a new wax seal around our toilet as you guessed it, it also wasn't done right the first time. Here's the thing. He is one guy. Owner-operator. You need to book him 7-14 days out for your plumbing issues. He charges a fair price and there are zero surprises with him. As long as he is around, I won't use any other plumber. Ever.

First time using Belfast Plumbing and Brian is now our new go-to plumber. He called before appointment time to say he was ahead of schedule and could he come early. That right there was refreshing. Usually, we're always last on schedules. We had a leaky bathroom faucet with a very slow drain, and our dishwasher leaked during its last rinse cycle. Brian fixed the leaks, snaked the drain, changed parts, gave faucet advice and tips for hard water; and everything is right with the world, now that I have our dishwasher back. Waited ten days for this appointment and like another reviewer stated, it was worth the wait. My description of this company would be reliable, knowledgeable, competent, considerate, with competitive rates. Highly recommend.
