Brian took care of some plumbing issues for us a couple of years ago. Sorry I am just getting around to writing this review. He was a pleasure to work with, and did a fantastic job. Courteous, polite, and runs a professional company. What more can you ask for!

Brian arrived exactly on time. Explained what he would do. Fixed the leak in the outside faucet as explained for a price that was reasonable and as per the estimate.

Prompt professional all work completed as promised. This was an old water heater and their was a lot old plumbing that was distressed. Every old and fragile was removed, the new unit was installed. And the invoice was exactly the price quoted.

Great service! Just had a gas line installed for a dryer and Brian went above and beyond by hookup up our new dryer to test the line. Had multiple quotes and Belfast Plumbing was by far the best! Thank you Brian! We will definitely be using Belfast Plumbing in the future.

Called him on the phone to schedule a repair for my leaky garbage disposal. He was really rude! Doesn't work weekends, needed a 3 hour time slot. The latest time he could come was sometime between 3 and 6. I told him that I work and couldn't do that, but I could be there between 4-6.
""Nope, sorry, can't do that"" was his reply.

What great service!!! We had a minor plumbing issue at our office and called Belfast plumbing immediately. They responded very quickly to our call and we're able to squeeze us in the next day. Within an hour Bryan had our toilet back in order. What friendly and prompt service and at such a reasonable price. We'll definitely be calling Belfast for all of our plumbing needs.

Called Belfast after the previous plumber couldn't figure out what was wrong with my toilet. Brian figured out that REBATH did not properly connect my toilet when doing the recent remodel to the master bath! Got Belfast Plumbing's number through great reviews on Next Door Neighbor and Yelp. So thankful to have found Brian at Belfast. They responded right away, came on time, fixed my clogged drain and was reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to call on Brian for an honest and reliable experience!

Water Heater not working on Sunday (actually starts on Friday).... try to get help on Monday, Well, Belfast is the first one I called, left message, then I tried 5 other services but no luck (either no answer, busy till... or refer you to someone). Guess Monday is a busy day for plumber... or Everyday is!! Later in the day, just thinking it would be another cold shower day, Dana from Belfast called! She apologized for the late calling back and kindly asked if I have find someone.... nope! She listen to my situation (Pilot light can be turned on but would not stay after 1 min. PG&E actually come and check on Saturday, but only works for one day.) and asked for manufacture/model number that she is going to ask her husband (Brian) to contact the manufacture try to identify the issue. Well, that is a very generous offer! From the earlier response from other plumbers, I wouldn't think anyone would go this far (I think Brian is somewhere busy working for other customers)! While waiting for her to call back, a plumber that I contacted earlier called and said he can come later in the evening. Not knowing whether she/or husband is going to call back or not, I scheduled the appointment with this plumber. Then around 5:00 PM, Dana texted me that if Brian can come the next morning around 9:00 AM. 5 min. later, she called and explained to me what she found out from manufacture. Even after I explained to her that another plumber is coming later, she offered to email me about the information she got from manufacture! I was really amazed at what she did for me: instead of getting a new one, but try to fix this one even it is at the end of its life(12 years warranty, and this is the 11th year)! But because the timing issue, I end of giving this job to the plumber that came later that night. Later in the night, I have hot water, but all my thought is what a nice service team for Belfast which is really go above and beyond! You bet I will call them first next time and be more patience!
by the way, the price she quotes me is reasonable for a new Water Heater (installed).... at least 1/3 or more less than what you will get from the Big Box!!
