Bego came out on Christmas eve on very short notice when no one else would. Unfortunately, my water heater needed a part he did not have, so he referred me to another, larger, company. Because he wasn't able to complete the repair with what he had with him, he didn't charge for the visit. He was the only company that would come out and help me that day, so I appreciated that.

My tenant called that the water heater is no longer working. The same one that Heritage Charged me over 1000 bucks for a new thermostat. I called several places and was told it would either take weeks, or they are no longer accepting new customers. I found Bego and Son via google search and had very good reviews on other sites. He went to take a look within the hour and gave me a reasonable price to replace the HW heater. Now it's hard to tell if it was a good deal because I couldn't even find someone to come out and look, and last year Heritage wanted twice as much than what Bego priced me. Long story short he replaced the HW heater, new overflow and gas line all within a few hours. He was prompt, courteous, clean and very professional.
