Very nice company and the workmen that showed up were courteous, clean and polite. Looks like they did a great job too. Only thing that bothered me is their pricing - which was excessive to replace a garbage disposal. I didn't have to agree to it, but I did to get the repair done. I would give them 5 stars easily if the repair price had been reasonable.

This company responded quickly and efficiently to my call for help when we discovered water throughout the basement! I called around 4pm and Marcus H. arrived to the rescue 7pm. He diagnosed the problem as a slow leak from underneath the hot water heater. He stopped the water to the heater and promised to pick up a new heater for us as soon as the supplier opened at 6am the next morning. He must have been true to his word because he arrived at our house around 8am ready to remove the old and install the new heater. Marcus had the old system, drained, removed and the new installed with the flooring cleaned up to boot, in a matter of hours. Befort knows plumbing! This was the simplest and most straightforward plumbing repair we've ever had. From the first call til Marcus walked out and left me with a perfectly running new and affordable water heater, Befort has exceeded my expectations. The 'cherry on top' is their flat rate pricing. If I created a word cloud about this company it would say: EFFICIENT, FAIR, FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY. Hire them first.

John was so helpful unclogging our drain, he was friendly, wore a mask, and quick and efficient. Our sink is now running wonderfully and we can't thank him enough. Highly recommend this company, and John specifically.

Just had the best experience with Befort Plumbing and Heating figuring out my non-functioning water heater. First, same day service. Awesome! Bell said it would be a week before they could work me in. Second, (John) was here right on time. Third, the issue was electrical, due to a nearby GFI that wasn't supposed to be wired with the water heater. BTW, that GFI was elsewhere in the room, hidden by a pile of packing blankets. This house is a new build so the blame goes to an electrician. John's investigative problem solving was thorough, accurate, and saved me a lot of money. I could not be happier with the results. We are new to the area so hiring professionals to come into your new house is worrisome. Needless to say I highly reccomend Befort. They are in my Rolodex (so to speak). Thank you John!

I hired Befort to install a new hot water heater. They didn't install it to code, and then also didn't take me seriously when I had problems with it. The anode rod was faulty so I had a ton of air in my pipes rendering hot water essentially useless, but they insisted that my showerhead and faucets were just dirty. Had to hire another company to bring it to code and fix the issue. When I reached out with my concerns, the response I got was less than helpful.

Great service here! I just bought my first house last year and when I came home to no hot water last week, I assumed the worst, having never been in an homeowners position before. Called befort, and Marcus came out the same day. After a short inspection, he informed me my water heater was out of warranty, but definitely within its recommended lifespan still. He replaced a small part inside the water heater, and had my hot water running again in no time. All around great service, Jessica was friendly over the phone, and marcus was obviously knowledgeable and very professional. Most importantly, I wasnt being pushed to do a ton of unnecessary work the whole time. Ill be calling befort again for sure!

They have been out a couple of times, for different reasons! First time, guys did a lot of work and actually replaced some parts, got charged a fair price. Last time out, work took less than half hour and fix was some Teflon tape, charged over $200. I will be moving on to someone else next time.

Initially this would have been a great review -- five star. HOWEVER, when I needed to have them provide the quote (that I was promised within the week) they never got back to me. I really liked my technician a lot and he seemed very knowledgeable. I was ready to have the pipe replaced, which would be several thousand dollars and no quote. After three calls to the company, still no quote. I want to GIVE YOU MY MONEY and nothing. If you're looking for a reliable company who says they will do what they are going to do, call Brother's Plumbing and Heating.

Joe just left and I am so grateful for the fantastic job he did. Had them out for the first time today. Had called several different plumbers and left messages that I still haven't received calls back. I love that Befort actually answered the phone, AND got someone out the next day. Had him repair a spigot that another plumber had messed up and replace another one. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to have a professional plumber that charges fairly, shows up on time and is a hard worker. Thank you so much for the GREAT work!

These guys are honest and reasonable. This property we needed work done due to a sale and it was out of state for us, so it was difficult to have workers in and know if what they were saying was true. We got several bids. Some were off the charts expensive and wanted to replace the whole furnace etc.
Since our daughter had just vacated the property a month prior and all was working well then, I just found it hard to believe. This company look at all the requests from the inspector, informed us some were not an issue and priced out the fixes. There price was reasonable and I appreciated their honesty. Thankfully I did not listen to the guy who wanted to replace the entire furnace for $4000. Thank you to Brian and Joe for the final plumbing.
