The plumber, Chris, replaced a water softener I purchased and had at the job site along with all the necessary parts. He replaced it over a period of 4 hours with two trips for parts and one probably included lunch. I was standing in the tenant's garage the entire 4 hours. Then today the water softener leaked because he didn't install the drain tube correctly. It was $375 dollars for parts and labor...this company charged my neighbor $150 for the same water softener replacement. I hope there is no damage to my tenant's belongings in the garage.

We've had Before and After here several times over the past 6 years we've lived here, Every time they come they take care of the problems quickly and the prices are reasonable ( good labor isn't cheap & cheap labor isn't good)!
Thanks to Tommy today for listening to an issue I had and coming up with a plan to fix it. Well done.

Our second visit from this company in a month (sadly) but as with the first the technician came quickly, was very professional and everything was up and back to normal quickly! I would definitely ask for Cody for if we need another plumber (which I'm praying we won't!). The military discount is a nice bonus, too.

Had a leak coming from the wall next to my Master bedroom, Definitely appreciate the service from Chris and Landon both provide great service, explained step by step what they were repairing. Moved into new home with 50 year old systems, slow drains - easily clogged. Wanted to proactively check the sewer lines - had received a coupon mailer for camera scope and checked Yelp. Glad I called - I was able to get scheduled easily and Chris came out with equipment to inspect the lines. I appreciated his thoroughness and answering my questions, plus put good effort regarding keeping floors as clean as possible and was respectful in every way of my concerns and home, and was really careful of ladder against tile roof etc. He recommended adding a exterior clean out port which makes way better sense than current port between the washer/dryer in the inside laundry room ... as well as descaling the system which solves the clogging issues. The work was done a few days later and Chris took the time and care to save a bush in the way of new clean out, and replant when the area was filled back in. He kindly responded to every concern I had. I will call Before and After for any other plumber issues/ hopefully none any time soon... but it's a relief to know a good and reasonably priced plumber when you need one!!

Before & After Plumbing saved the day for me! Tommy was so smart, efficient, patient with questions, and has outstanding skills. The office sent him right out after my plumber of many years didn't know when he could get the part or when it could be completed...leaving me with no shower for my special needs daughter--even though I gave them the Kohler cartridge information last week. Before & After Plumbing came right out after hearing about my old plumber leaving me with no solution, and Tommy was confident that he could get the part and have it done as soon as back with the part. Before & After Plumbing kept all their promises, and Tommy was so efficient and trustworthy that I had him do a few other small plumbing jobs. I called Before and After to replace a leaky water heater. I used their online chat in the evening and a rep called me back within an hour and had a plumber scheduled for the next day. Marcus arrived on time, was professional, explained my options well, quoted me a fair price and even saved me some money. I scheduled the install and again Marcus arrived promptly and installed our new heater with no issues.

I really appreciated Before and After's fast response, communication and willingness to answer my questions. Far too often you call a contractor who shows up late, doesn't communicate well and isn't willing to answer questions. I'll definitely use these guys again if and when I need a plumber.

""I had a rental house in surprise, my tenant said there is some sort of sewer like smell in the dish washer area, first time when I called and talked to Terry, he knows what he was talking about, then he asked me to call the appliance guy Brian, I called twice and left voice mail, and even sent a message, never got reply; then I called back again, and Ryan picked up the phone, and I asked him what his thought is for the issue, he taught me something that Terry did not mention, which was good, then I complaint that Brain never called me back, then he said he got Brian's personal cell, which I don't have. He got a hold of Brian and Brian told him he would return my call but he never did; I told Ryan I was not happy about Brian and asked for another guy, he gave me Sam Robert's phone and I had called, and same thing, never got reply, so instead of calling them back the third time, I gave up and wrote a review here. In conclusion, Terry and Ryan are nice and seem to know about the issue and how to fix it, but for some reason, all the appliance guys that they asked me to contact never called me back or return my texts, which really disappointed me, so this company is only for 'plumbing' and 'drain', and does not deal with any issue related to an appliance, such as a dish washer hose.

Ryan did explain to me that they have no relationship with those appliance guys, because the appliance guys have their own companies, and they do not work for 'Before & After Plumbing and Drain', but as a first time customer seeking for help, this experience is just not pleasant at all.

I am adding one comment after I read Ryan's review, ""They called him and left messages they have all the documentation."" I want to repeat that the appliance guys never called me back and I got no messages from them, and I am actually interested in seeing those 'proof'.""

This potential customer called several times. Terry and I were more then happy to answer questions. After talking to the customer on different occasions we referred an appliance company to him. The appliance company didn't call him back he said. I called the appliance company back and told them what had happened. They called him and left messages they have all the documentation. So for the 3 stars we don't agree we did our part. If we needed to go there to resolve the issue it would have been done all already. We should have got a 5 star for answering all questions and taking a lot of time on the phone not 3 stars. We didn't do anything wrong by referring another company that does work on appliances because we don't. It should be the appliance company's review not ours.

I want to repeat. This review is not ours we don't work on appliances. If a company tells a customer to call someone else because they don't do the work the customer wants it's not our fault that company doesn't call the customer back. Even though we reached out to the company and they said they left messages and no call back from the customer. This review has nothing to do with our service as a company. We will continue to serve our customers with plumbing issues not appliance issues.
