We had a mainline leak near our water system junction. Tyler & Nste responded within less than one hour.
Because of previous ""jury rigged"" repairs thevfix was complex. Tyler was patient as I tried to grasp the problem and necessary repair. He explained things so well and anticipated a repair that would facilitate any future repairs if they became necessary
I am impressed with B&A, Tyler & Nate, efficiency and value!

We've had Before and After Plumbing out for a few different issues. The prices are always reasonable and jobs well done. Our home was built in the 50's and they have battled sawing off cast iron top hats to the toilets, relaying the pipes for a wall mounted kitchen faucet, and taking off a soldered on shower head. There 24hr. answering service makes it easy to schedule service or have someone come out right away if there's a problem.

Start to finish it was a great experience. Asking for a quote and booking the appointment all through yelp make it super convenient and easy. They were nice and friendly. Actually we listed this review under my fiancee's name for security purposes. What I described in my review ABSOLUTELY HAPPENED!!! This is a company that HIDES when you try to locate an address for them. That speaks VOLUMES!!! STAY AWAY from Before & After Plumbing at ALL COST!!!

I called Before & After Plumbing at 8 am for an estimate to replace my hot and cold laundary valves as I was unpleasantly surprised as I disconnected my old washer (a few gallons filled my washroom until I turned the watering as my wife crimpedthe hose).

At 9:30 am, Pete showed up and assessed the situation, and quoted me an estimate. After giving me a discount and then matching a competitor, the replacement valves were done in 20 minutes.

Two hour turnaround and Home Depot delivery appointment 11-2 PM and setup for new washer saved! Pete and the company are awesome. Thank you very much!
