The return line on my water heater sprung a leak on Easter evening. I sent a flurry of Yelp message and Carlos responded within 10 minutes. He was out to the house an hour later to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately all the stores were closed but he was back by 8am the next day to fix the issue. Carlos was incredibly, friendly, helpful, and provided a very clear explanation of the problem and what needed to be done. I cannot recommend Before/After Hours Plumbing enough. Thank you so much!!

Carlos was able to come replace our RO water system within the hour and got it working before dinner. We had another plumber come and try to fix the issue earlier in the week, who charged us ""for the work"" but left the job unfinished (the faucet was still running slow). We should have called Carlos before! He's going to be our goto from now on.

Carlos came out right away to inspect my sewer line, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciated the extra steps and went above and beyond to give me the best service. I felt overwhelmed at first at the prospect of a sleeve install 9ft underground but Carlos gave me the best quote and awesome deal, and also gave me the reassurance the job would be done correctly. I heard running water inside of my wall and knew that it had to be urgently replaced ASAP! It turned out a pipe leaked and the wall was very soft. I reached out to multiple plumbers, but Carlos responded immediately and he also had a very competitive price.

So I went with him, and SO GLAD I did! He is the best choice! He also helped me with other leaky pipes around the house, and replaced our water pressure regulator, which controls the water pressure (our water pressure was too high) which caused the leaks to happen. Carlos is very communicative, on time, friendly, and trustworthy! So nice to have a go to plumber in LA. I felt like I learned so much about pluming too! Thanks Carlos!!!!

We had a major clog that blocked the kitchen sink and the drain for the clothes washer in another room and it all happened at 9pm the night before we had a big brunch party at my house the following morning! Carlos responded right away and was over in about 5 minutes!

The price he quoted me was what I would expect from a regular day-time job, not at 9pm at night! In fact the amount was less than some guys charge during the day!

He worked diligently and fixed the problem and he even spent more time fixing a leak that I had as well, which was above and beyond his original quote and he still honored the original quote!

Such a nice guy, you can't find a more honest and effective plumber out there!
