We had a great experience with Carlos from Before/After Hours Plumbing today! Communication with him was excellent both through yelp and in person. We needed 6 faucets swapped out in our home. He arrived on time and efficiently replaced them all with care. He also fixed leaky valves and helped us find a solution for a beverage faucet that didn't include a proper connector. Hired Before/After Hours Plumbing to fix a small leak. Instead, they caused a catastrophic pipe burst, left us with no water, and threatened to remove repairs unless paid $410.58. Their 'fix' was so poorly done, another plumber repaired it the next day. Owner later offered a refund to delete this review (see the screenshot for reference)

We noticed the ceiling was leaking water at night and requested service. They were the first company to respond and were willing to come by as soon as possible. The price was reasonable compared to the other companies as well. They quickly identified the issues and fixed it. Great service.

Excellent service by Charlie! Answered my call immediately, was upfront with costs, and took time to answer all our questions. He was able to find and repair a leak that another plumber did not initially spot. Would absolutely call again (though fingers crossed this isn't a regular need!).

Carlos came out on his day off to swap out my decrepit water heater. The whole process was smooth, including a minor discovery of even more broken things. The water post-new-heater is warmer than before; it must have been slowly fading away. Again, highly recommend!
