The owner Charlie was very patient and answered all of my questions. I am very detailed oriented so I have a lot of questions and I like to know every aspect of a job. Charlie was responsive and flexible. The quote was very competitive as well. The plumber that came out and did the job was named Juan. He was excellent. He provided different options with regards to my kitchen drain leak issue and I didn't feel pressured to go one way or another. What I thought was going to be a small job, ended up taking up a good portion of the day. That's okay as Juan was very meticulous with his work and did not rush the job. He even provided pictures while he was conducting the diagnosis and after the repair from the crawl space. I would definitely recommend this company and if you're lucky, you'll get Juan to come out!
