Ok so this is an update from our previous review. We had a clogged sink that wouldn't unplug from every homeowner effort I could throw at it. I then called Alex. He sent Tyler, his understudy, to investigate. Tyler ran his big plumber machines down 45 ft. He explained he felt an obstruction and expected it to be broken up. Two days went by with no issues; then it plugged again. NOW this is where BeeZee shines. Tyler showed at 7:50am (said he'd be there at 8) and walking up to me with a smile and assurance said ""I know what it is, and I know what to do."" He talked with us about his approach to the problem calmly and confidently. I actually heard a ""KLUMP"" sound as his machine removed whatever the heck was there. He triple checked his work, draining three times until he was satisfied. I was next to him the whole time and felt very satisfied with his conclusion. Folks this is a diamond star, family owned, small business phone call you won't regret. Thanks Alex and Tyler!

This review is waaaay overdue! We are from SoCal and houses there don't really have any basements. We have no idea what sump pump and ejectors are but anyway, the little hole with tubes coming out on our utility room started flooding and we had no idea how and why... called multiple plumbers in the area and none answered or return our call. Finally called this company and they answered right away. The plumber, forgot his name, came out to check what was wrong and explained to him that we had no idea. Lol. He explained us what the problem was, what he'll be doing, what things do like sump pump and the ejector, etc. He was very nice, very thorough, and very detailed about the job being done. I give this company 10 stars for being the only one to answer our call and get someone to our place during that day. I highly recommend them! Definitely will give them a call again! A+ service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Alex of Beezees sent out someone to rod our sewer and they got their rod stuck and said we needed $5,800 to get it out and ""fix"" our sewer! I called the village of Mundelein and they sent a crew to scope the line and they said there were only roots no damage and the company should have removed their line because it is only 22 inches from the cleanout. That cleanout was only 2 feet deep but he quoted me at where his rod was ""stuck"" which was 9 feet down and would require street work and permits... When I talked to the rodding company owner, Ramon & Sons, and told him the facts he said, because we were white and he was not that we were accusing him of being dishonest. The race card!

So having the facts from the village and another plumbing company I gave Ramon the option to get his rod out and finish the job and he will get paid or I will have someone else get it out and I will charge him. After a few choice words from Ramon that he wasn't going to f***ing pay he eventually sent a crew to finish the job. It took them 10 minutes to get their stuck rod out! 10 minutes. The same rod they were going to charge my $5,800. 10 minutes. He was paid his original fee. Is he dishonest or bad at his job? I would never recommend Beezees or Ramon & Sons.

I have left messages for Alex, the owner of Beezees. He refuses to call me back. Since he won't call I can only assume he must support such actions if he sends people like this out to his customers.

Trust but verify. We did and they were caught. Thanks to the village of Mundelein for protecting their residents!

I had broken my outdoor spigot trying to be a DIY hero late at night. I called around to several plumbing service companies to have the broken pipe and spigot fixed that evening as I had to shut all the water off in order to prevent flooding of my home. Bee Zee gave me the best overall price and showed up exactly when promised that evening. He even texted me a few minutes before I arrived instead of ringing my doorbell so as not to wake up my wife and kids. All around a highly professional experience. The work was done in a very efficient, detail oriented manner. The technician was polite and was happy to allow me to observe him while he was working. He also made sure the work area was completely cleaned up, leaving no debris or mess once he was finished. Bee Zee has definitely earned my trust and I will continue to use them for any and all plumbing and or electrical service needs at my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Alex is wonderful! He came the same day I called him. He asked several questions and was able to determine why I wasn't getting consistent hot water. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems you have.

I called Alex on Tuesday morning and next day two plumber came to replace ejector pump and sump pump. They did a great a job and explained everything.

Fixed 2 toilets. Replaced one toilet. Put in a new kitchen faucet. Had a leak from the bathroom into the family room. They cut a whole in the ceiling but of course when they were here it did not leak. They were prompted and nice. I would recommend. Expensive but no different than others.

Is this place for real? On time, nice, honest and professional. Even took the time to explain what they were doing and walk us through the repairs. Also gave us lots of great maintenance tips. Will definitely use them again.

In regard to BeeZee Plumbing. Honest fast service. There was water ceiling damage on my main floor, with the leak source unknown. Alex came out the same day, identified the highly probable source, and presented me with the most affordable options to fix the issue. He kindly put a good estimate range of cost, and did not pressure me into purchasing additional services.

I would definitely recommend BeeZee Plumbing to family and friends.
