In regard to BeeZee Plumbing. Honest fast service. There was water ceiling damage on my main floor, with the leak source unknown. Alex came out the same day, identified the highly probable source, and presented me with the most affordable options to fix the issue. He kindly put a good estimate range of cost, and did not pressure me into purchasing additional services.

This review is for BeeZee Plumbing. The plumber from BeeZee (""Alex"") arrived exactly on time today to install two new American Standard faucets and our master bathroom (that I had purchased from Home Depot), as well as re-caulk each of the under-mounted sinks. Alex was extremely courteous and a very neat and professional job. Entire process took about 1.5 hours. I would definitely use BeeZee again for plumbing work. Their price to do the work was competitive with other companies. And if their plumbers smoke or swear your home, do not wear shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. Also, if the repair fails in the first year they will repair it again at no charge.

I have used BeeZee twice now for two separate electrical projects. Each time they came and provided a fair price to do the project and there were no surprises. I won't hesitate to call them with future electrical needs.

Disappointed. The technician was polite and professional. This rating and review is not aimed at him. The technician doesn't even quote the project and has no negotiating power. After I explained to the tech what I needed, he called someone else who then gave him the quote. Strange to get a quote from someone who isn't even on the job site. When I called BeeZee the day prior to schedule a quote I was told over the phone that a quote counts as a service call and I would be charged $59 for the quote but they currently have a $25 off special. I have never paid anyone for a quote before but the five star Yelp rating made me think it would be worth it. Turns out the $25 off is only if you decide to use their service at that moment; it does not come off the $59 service call/quote (apparently a misunderstanding on my part, but still not made crystal clear to me when I called to schedule). The reason for the poor rating is the overpriced quote. For the install of 3 outlets (and the walls are OPEN to the studs because it is a DIY remodel in progress) the quote was $429. I had to ask for the $25 off which then brought it down to $404. ($370 for the job + $59 for the service call -$25 discount). I even supplied the outlet receptacles (which I recognize aren't expensive, but still over $140 per outlet is steep. I also asked for a quote for a possible future job of installing an outlet in the floor of the main level (above an UNfinished basement). The quote for just the one outlet install was over $512. BeeZee is too pricey. And I still had to pay the $59 service charge.

I wasn't expecting for them to help me with my issue, but I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to get a water filtration system installed but my main pipes are located under my house in my crawl space. Simply put, you actually have to crawl in my crawl space and it's a maze because of the way the foundation was laid out. The last time I tried to get to my pipes, it took me half an hour to crawl to them and it was not fun.

Alex was able to get in there and get the pipes extended so that the filtration system could be installed. When he told me it was finished in a few hours, I almost couldn't believe it.

Not bad at all and the price was good too. If Alex can handle my nightmare, then I'm assuming that any other simpler issue would be easy and quick. I'll be calling again in the summer for help with my irrigation system. Thanks Alex!

horrible.....they did the plumbing replaced some parts and ""did a whole home pressurized leak check"" now a few weeks later after painting and installing new carpeting I find that there's a leak and had to cut out 2feet of damaged drywall and they refuse to fix it that they aren't liable for leaks behind drywall but y charge me $1k if they're not going to find a leak with the equipment/tools they have....worst plumbers I've ever met.

I called them on Thursday to set up an appointment for Saturday. They were friendly on the phone and gave me a 2 hour window. Saturday rolls around. My 2 hour window comes and goes and no one showed up or called. I gave them and extra half hour before I called the first time because I figured they might be busy. The lady took my number, assured me she would get ahold of dispatch and call me back to let me know what the status was. 25 minutes go by and no one calls, so I call again. This time I am firmer and let her know that it's an hour past my appointment and no one has let me know what is going on. I let her know I need to know because I can't sit around all day as I'm going on a trip I need to get ready for. She doesn't apologize, doesn't empathize she just tells me she'll send another messAge to dispatch. Another hour goes by, so I am now up to 4 hours wAiting for them with my morning ruined, and I call and ask for a manager. After going through the events a third time, I get put on hold for 5 minutes. I tell the supervisor what happened and she also has no sympathy, takes no ownership of their poor customer service or for inconveniencing me, also doesn't give me an ETA. It's like they could care less and that I was inconveniencing them for calling or something instead of the other way around. I told her to call them and cancel the appointment because I couldn't waste my whole day waiting on someone who might not even come. She had no objection or apology whatsoever. If someone is going to treat Mr so poorly and not respect any of my time or at least have the common courtesy to call or update me TWO HOURS after the appointment window ends, they are not getting my business. Absolutely awful.

We used BeeZee Plumbing to change the pump in our house. Alex was very professional and was able to come on a very short notice. He did an excellent job at very reasonable cost. We are very satisfied and will definitely use his services in future.
