We had Beeto's plumbing come to our home on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022. We needed work done on both showers in our home.

Esteban, Javier, Humberto and Steve did excellent work. They were very professional, polite, and kept us abreast of what was going on...

They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the work...It was an all day project so there was a lot to do...

We greatly appreciated their timeliness, work ethic and being upfront about what needed to be done.

I do NOT recommend. I called this company to come out on an emergency because of all the great reviews. I was charged $500 to clear my main line because my bathroom and toilets were backed up due to root issues, he basically told us we needed to do this as a minimum and that he could come back the next day for an additional $875 for the hydro jet. We agreed because it sounded like we really needed to do this. While doing the hydro jet he told me his tool got stuck and we needed to pay him an additional $500 dollars and that our main sewer line which is clay was breaking and the main line to the city sewer which is a major problem. He quoted us at 15k and said he was giving us a deal because this type of job could cost up to 25k. Then he said since his tool (hose) was stuck if I agreed to do the job, he'd knock off the price of his tool. His pricing was just getting ridiculous so my husband basically told him what is it going to cost you for today and nothing further so he agreed on $795 and his tool all of a sudden wasn't stuck anymore (ha!). Glad we dodged a bullet with this company. A red flag was he kept adding more and more to his bid and after looking into his license he doesn't even have workman's comp so who knows if one of his employees got hurt on our property, it would be a huge liability for us as homeowners. We ended getting quotes from two other companies and will pay half his price and I'm sad he took us for all that money because the other companies said that was included in their price. This company needs to get their pricing right and stop taking advantage.

Update: I was nice because I thought you were being sincere in your pricing and no we are not new to owning homes. This is why we received other quotes and disheartened to see your pricing in comparison to two other companies. These are facts.

I had a hot water heater emergency earlier this week and came to Yelp for a good recommendation. Beeto's did not disappoint! They were super responsive, came out that morning to replace my old, broken hot water heater and that afternoon I was able to take a warm shower again.

Not only that, but they were very good at explaining what did what. I'm no expert on hot water heaters now, but I know a lot more than I did before.

I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future to take care of some other, less urgent, plumbing repairs.

I called in the morning and they said the may be available in the afternoon and that they would call me back when they were. In the late afternoon I did get a call back to say they could be there in about an hour if I still needed their help. I found someone to come sooner and they had resolved my issue, but I commend Humberto for calling me back and giving me an ETA if I still needed their help. Great customer service. They are on my shortlist for future needs.

I highly recommend this plummer and his partners my water heater was leaking and shower pipe broke. They responded immediately with no hesitation they came and fixed the problem..very professional and friendly trust worthy as well. I will always call Beetos plumbing for all my plumbing problems in the future!!! I am so glad I found them no one would of done a better job. Plus they are reasonable with their prices. I used them on three separate occasions (water pressure, gas line, and pipe reconfiguration). They were quick and thorough and came out on short notice. I would definitely recommend them.
