Seriously, saved AGAIN by Beetles plumbing!!! Discovered a link in the kitchen ceiling on late Saturday night. Called Beetles on Sunday morning and not only had a reply, but also an appointment on Monday at 8:30 am !!! Ricky came, found the issue, repaired it, and was on his way!!!! SOOOO nice and professional and efficient and knowledgeable and reliable .... HIGHLY recommend. Family owned business. Hard working. So awesome.

Larry and Larry were absolutely incredible. The attention to detail, honesty, and upfront communication is what we all desire, but don't always seem to get from every contractor.

I asked Larry to come take a look at our exterior sanitary and stormwater lines on Sunday, and Larry responded via email within minutes. From there, we talked Monday, and he showed up Thursday morning.

They informed me of everything throughout the process with the utmost communication, and talked me through the concerns. What I'm looking for when I am not an expert on something is ""What would you do if this was your house?"" They were capable of providing me that answer.

I also respect a small, local business who is in business to take care of families similar to their own. I felt like I was a part of their family.

My expectations weren't met; they were beyond exceeded.

I am a Beetle's Plumbing Solutions customer for life. I'd recommend them to absolutely everyone I know.
