Alyssa T.Called Bee's Plumbing after being referred to them by a neighbor. One of our drains started to backflow suddenly and ended up flooding our laundry room/basement. Bee's was able to send Josh & TD out the next day. Our house is old (1952) and we knew that a lot of work would need to be done eventually with the plumbing and piping in the home - plus the previous owner seem to have done a lot of the ""work"" himself so there were some weird things that just didn't make sense. Despite this, Josh's investigative work was truly amazing and he was able to eventually figure out the problem and clear the clog for us. Not only did he fix our sewer backflow but he also noticed a problem with our water pressure - turns out we had a 20+ water heater that needed to be replaced. He was able to replace our water heater and then also referred us to a water remediation company to take care of our flooded basement. Josh was able to clearly explain everything, gave us fair pricing, went above and beyond what we expected, and was kind/considerate with our family (we had a toddler running around and a newborn). We couldn't be happier with Josh and TD's professionalism and time. This also goes for the entire Bee's staff from the people calling to tell us the technician was on their way to the person who answered the phone when we called about the problem. We would definitely recommend Bee's and their team!
Cheri S.Bee's Plumbing came through for us with same-day service after several root blockages caused our system to back-up...including sewage in the tub. YUCK.
Customer service from the person answering the phone was stellar. The tech they sent, Mike, and his apprentice Brian were friendly and courteous. Mike kept us informed through all the steps required to get us up and running. Mike was also very patient answering my questions, some of which I think I asked over and over again : )
I would definitely recommend Bee's to friends and family. Thank you!
A big thank you to this company for their professionalism and responsiveness. Marcus came out today to help with a leaking bidet. So knowledgeable, so helpful!! His attitude was awesome and appreciated.
Each time I have called them for help I always feel taken care of. Thank you Marcus and the team!
Bee's Plumbing came out in early February to fix a leak between the water main and the house. Not only did they prioritize a next day fix, but- they were able to quickly identify the problem area (joint between the pex hose and copper pipe to the house), provide very reasonable options, and fixed it within 1.5hrs with a new section of pipe and coupler. Super professional and reasonable in both their approach and execution. They answered all questions to my satisfaction. They're now my go to plumber for any issues.
Bee's came out to look at a sump pump problem I had. The sump pump had become disconnected from the drain line (pvc pipe). It needed to be reconnected. Since the sump pump was 20 years old, I asked about getting a replacement. They quoted me over $2000 to reattach the sump pump and over $12,000 to replace the pump. The pump retails for about $1000. The amount of time to reattach the pump was less than 1 hour (completed by a different company yesterday). I asked the Bee's repairmen when they presented their bid why it costs so much. They couldn't explain it. I sent the bid back to the company (email) and asked them, they haven't responded. They got their fee ($99 + tax) for showing up, but they obviously didn't want the job so decided to way over price their bid. What a waste of my time and money.
Evelyn K.Update: I am really impressed with the speed and quality of their customer service. They called me within an hour of my review to remedy the situation, and after talking with a really kind person named Jonah and explaining the situation, I was given a full refund, without even asking for it. Clearly I was wrong to think that they care more about upcharging than their customers, so I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you Jonah for your help.
Old review:
Charged me $215 just to tell me it wasn't a plumbing issue and they couldn't help. The charge included a fee for ""diagnosing the problem"" (which took only 5 mins) plus an additional fee for showing up. To be fair, they do say in their description that they charge a fee for coming, but as a first-time homeowner, I mistakenly thought all companies were like this. I believe they should have just charged me the fee for coming or just charged me for diagnosis, because they literally spent 5 mins just to tell me it wasn't plumbing, I needed an electrician, and they couldn't help.
There are others out there who don't charge anything if they can't fix the issue, not even a fee for coming. After the Bee's guy left, I ended up going with Dean Home Repair (whose policy is only charge if they fix) and he actually fixed the issue with fair pricing.
TL;DR: This is the type of company that cares more about upcharging their customers for every possible service than giving them a fair price. Beware their additional fees, and consider looking for a company that only charges if they fix your issue.
Rich R.Tried showering on Wednesday night and our shower diverter suddenly stopped working. Was able to get in touch with Bee's plumbing that afternoon and they had a technician out the next day. Josh & TD were able to replace just the center diverter without needing to replace the full 3 set of handles (much more cost friendly option). They also replaced an angle valve on the bathroom toilet that wasn't working and installed a replacement pump I had been planning on replacing. They were very professional and super helpful. Would recommend to anyone in the greater Seattle area in need of a plumber!
Paula D.Bee's Plumbing & Heating did such a great job on a project at my workplace that I couldn't help but reach out to the company again when I needed a good plumber at my home to replace a toilet and two washing machine faucets. PJ Straight did a great job. He and his technician were conscientious, polite, and meticulous. I like the fact that Bee's sends a bit of a bio about their workers ahead of time. There was a scheduling snafu, but the work that PJ did made me overlook it. Thanks!
Amanda M.Our tankless water heater went out and I reached trying to find a same day plumber to help us out. Bee's responded almost immediately to my request and sent someone out before the end of the day. They folks that came were really kind, helpful and educating. They were able to identify and fix the problem as well as help teach my husband more about the unit. They had no issue with our littles observing and engaged with our family. They were friendly, thorough, and did a great job. Would highly recommend!
Angel H.Called these guys after I had a horrible experience with another reputable company who did a spotty 1/2 job and ghosted me.
Bee's came right out next day, assessed the situation, gave me a clear concise quote and options. I moved forward and three days later my issue was revolved. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. I have one other issue that needs to be resolved and we have that scheduled soon. Hands down would recommend this company. Such a fantastic experience.
