I needed to have some work done on a gas line fitting so my new stove could be installed; I called at least 10 places, who all either couldn't fit me in for weeks, didn't call back, or had stopped doing this kind of work. I finally called Bee's, and they booked an appt. for 2 days later!

On the day of, they called to let me know Mick was coming out in 20-30 minutes and sent a text with his bio and picture, so I'd know who was coming into my house.

Mick and Stephen arrived on time, and discovered I needed a new gas line installed, as the fitting I had was an unusual one that wouldn't fit the new stove. Thirty minutes later, it was done and Mick evened the feet of the stove so it would rest evenly.

They showed me where and how to turn off my gas, something I should have known but didn't. They were polite, respectful of my wood floor, and now my new stove works!

Despite my busy schedule - the professional and excellent experience with Bee's Plumbing and Heating definitely warranted the time necessary to submit a review.

Julio and his apprentice, Garrett arrived on time and installed a water line, washing machine valve and water heater tank an addition to other services.

I will definitely use them again and refer them others.

I had a pair of non-urgent plumbing jobs (weird vibrations when a toilet was refilling and a leaky sink drain. Bee's was able to fit me in the next morning and their plumbers - Julio and Garrett were out an hour early compared to our window (after calling to confirm we were available) and fixed both issues in a snap - so fast they barely charged me (not even the call fee minimum). Both were courteous professional and friendly and left the work clean afterwords. The whole process was easy from reaching out on Yelp to sending text message confirmations and reminders along with a photo of the tech to expect and their background in plumbing in Seattle.


I'm so used to people coming out and charging hundreds of dollars for short jobs that end up being almost no work like this (as a recent heating technician from another company did) that I forgot what it's like to have a company that cares about customer service and repeat business.


I highly recommend Bee's for your plumbing needs.

I scheduled a routine drain cleanout that I have done annually with other plumbing services for years. I was quoted that the work would be at least $99 for just the visit. I scheduled the work and paid for an Uber to get home in time for a 3:00pm window start. I received a call that they were close by my home on another job at about 2:15pm and that they should arrive close to 3pm. They arrived at 4pm and proceeded to quote over $400 for work I've had done for $130-$200 in all my past experience. I showed them the receipts for some of the past work and they wouldn't budge on the price. Lost work and an Uber ride later and still no drainage! Hire these folks if you are desperate and don't care how much you pay! Otherwise, Fritz's Drain Service is my highest recommendation!!!
UPDATE: I received a call from the parent company. They apologized and said there had been other complaints about Jordan, the plumber who was scheduled. I had already booked another appointment with Fritz's Drain Service so I was offered compensation for my lost time and the cost of the Uber. A bit later I received a second call and was offered that the owner would personally come over this evening to do the job. They offered the service for free, but I said no... no one works for free in my house. Fair is fair and if they are willing to make this right, I'm willing to cover it!! I'm definitely a fan now. I'll have to cancel my other appointment, but I'm very happy that these folks have the kind of integrity that gets my highest recommendation!

In the beginning...We had some complications, and some difficulties during our plumbing job... BUT, The owners made solving these issues a priority . They expressed their concern, for ours. They were polite, and very willing to work with us. They did help to solve the problems that occurred, showing great character and understanding. We greatly appreciate this. It's not easy to find good people to work with. Thank you Bee's.

I had a garbage disposal replaced, and the service was great!

The technicians were very professional and courteous, and received a text message with a profile of the technician, which I thought was a nice service.

The first appointment needed to be rescheduled due to technician schedule, and didn't have major issues with the reschedule as the schedule person was courteous in defining a new date, which was the next day. I do understand that those things happen, when reschedules need to take place.

I would definitely look to have future jobs done by Bee's Plumbing!

We had a major sewer back up Monday! Beyond scary and stressful!

We were completely out of service, i have a 1 year old and 3 year old at home, my Parents were coming for vacation. It was the absolute worst time it could have happened! But the owner, Ben, quickly jumped on our project.

My husband and I live near Bee's Plumbing and Heating. Over the last 3 years we have gotten to know the owners and their employees very well as they come and go and have serviced many of our neighbors. Knowing and seeing their prior abilities and interactions, it was an easy choice who to call first when we starting having plumbing troubles.

The sewage back up was so bad that it was just filling up our back yard with sewage waste. It was horrific.

Bee's was totally booked but the owner himself spent 3 days working till midnight to clear our sewer after all of the other prescheduled jobs were serviced.

We had multiple breaks in our line. Ben worked with my husband on next steps to help us save some money on the project. Ben did not even charge us for the 1st two days of service.

Ben was fully equipped with all the cameras and drain cleaners which he used to clear the line and then he did a repair on the side of our house. Additionally, he installed a cleanout on the outside of the house so we could clean our line out again if it clogged in the future.

In the end, we found another big break which was in the cities right of way. Could have been thousands of dollars for this repair but it was on the cities side and the city is fixing the the larger break at no costs to us! This was a miracle and we're lucky that we had Bee's to help navigate us through this plumbing nightmare.

After hiring many, many servicemen, i can say that this is an extraordinary operation. Ben and his company place customer experience above all else and making money is just a bonus to doing what they do.

This is an update to my earlier review. When Bee's Plumbing staff read on Yelp that I was unhappy with prices that appeared high to me, they offered to refund part of the fee. This made service the focus and, on that basis, I would like to re-grade this company a '5' for its professionalism and service. Thank you, Bee's Plumbing!

James and an assistant from Bee's Plumbing and Heating came out and performed a furnace service and cleaning for us. We have a difficult to access furnace, up a small attic scuttle in a closet, and they came prepared with a ladder and had no issues. They are an A+ operation from beginning to end - quick and pleasant to schedule the service, text and phone alerts on the day of the appointment, professional and quality service during the appointment. Immediately at the end, James emailed my receipt with a description of what was done, even including multiple pictures for my reference. We had the furnace serviced a few years ago by another company, and this was a VASTLY better experience. Bee's will be my first call for any heating or plumbing needs in the future.

I love these guys! I've had Bee's plumbing out several times for a variety of problems. I really appreciate how quickly they are able to make it all the way out to North Bend - they usually come within a couple of hours. I've probably met 4 of their plumbers and they've all been kind, helpful, and never try to up-sell me to stuff I don't need.
