Very poor customer service. They were supposed to relocate a heat vent in bathroom. The guy they sent to do job looked like he had no clue on how to do job. He then drilled a hole in my new floor then acted like no big deal. Called the office and sent 3 people to look at job and said they would fix but never showed up to my home to fix. So they were all talk and didn't care about me or the mess they made. So the cost to fix was too much for there time . Very unprofessional . Job was back in late Jan and I have given them over a month to respond but no response. Now it is May and they have never contacted me or fix there damage to my house.
