My home warranty company sent me some bad plumbers to fix a leak in the bathtub, they couldn't even figure out what the issue was. After a month of back and forth with my home warranty company they finally sent John from Beekman. John was able to detect the leak in less than 15 mins and fixed it immediately. just a couple of days back he fixed the whirlpool in the bathtub which stopped working. i would really recommend Beekman's custom plumbing.

This is the worse plumbing service company is San Jose. The service man is very rude and did not respond to my question. The appointment was for Thursday, he but did not appear until Saturday. When he did show up, he spent less then 5 minutes and said the repair can not be done because it was a pre-existing condition and left.

Save your money. Find someone else.

We had a great experience with Beekman's Custom Plumbing. After our home warranty company sent very bad plumbers, we asked for a second opinion and they sent John. He was very straight forward, very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great with Amanda. We are very happy with the work and would recommend John.

Came over today and fixed two issues that Street Plumbing said couldn't be fixed. Beckman's was on time, always called to verify, very professional plumber.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from John and Amanda. I was without hot water for two weeks over thanksgiving and my home warranty placed my claim with them. John and Amanda were so great getting me hot water as soon as they could. John even came out on his day off (Saturday) to install the part that was shipped after confirmation from the home warranty company. I am sure this company does way more than home warranty repairs and plan to call them in the future for my plumbing needs. My warranty company assigned a different plumbing company. But that company did not show up. So they gave me Beekman's. Right away they called and made an appointment. John's on time. He gathered information. He explained each of the items that needs to be taken care off. He explained his final findings and what's needed. He suggested things that will help me that's not even related to plumbing. He is accommodating. His wife's nice. He came and installed the garbage disposal I think in less than 1/2 hr. We have some disagreement on an issue and I do understand him and hope he understood my side too.

They get the one star because their card was nice. They were sent to me by my home warranty company. It took a few days to wait for them to contact me. I finally had to call warranty place and have them contact them. He came out and showed me a small calcified nub inside my toilet tank and asked me if i used bleach tabs. I told him no, my husband doesnt like them. He said he needed to contact warranty place to ok the part. A few days later no word. So i called beekman. They said they were waiting for word from warranty. Next day i call warranty. They said he barely called them the night after i called him. Warranty lady and i compared times. He told them i admitted to bleach tabs. I straightened that lie out and demanded a trustworthy plumber. Now my toilet is fixed. Avoid them!
