Excellent service! The wonderful lady who does the booking tracked me down via text after we played phone tag a few times. Scheduled our appointment at a convenient time, but came (still conveniently) early and waited patiently for me to return from the gym.

John was friendly and pleasant, knew his stuff and fixed our flusher right away, had the right part in the truck. Paid for this through our home warranty, no up-sell attempts or scammy-type creepiness.

Will specifically request Beekman's if I have any other plumbing issues. Thanks so much!

Appointed by the home warranty company for second opinion and John did great work. We asked home warranty company to assign the job to John instead of previous contractor and happy with the results.

Stay away from them!

They are horrible at giving service. They didn't even look at the problem and gave a false report to my Home warranty that I had intentionally broken my flush handle.

Now, the home warranty denies to give me service.

My home warranty company sent me some bad plumbers to fix a leak in the bathtub, they couldn't even figure out what the issue was. After a month of back and forth with my home warranty company they finally sent John from Beekman. John was able to detect the leak in less than 15 mins and fixed it immediately. just a couple of days back he fixed the whirlpool in the bathtub which stopped working. i would really recommend Beekman's custom plumbing.

This is the worse plumbing service company is San Jose. The service man is very rude and did not respond to my question. The appointment was for Thursday, he but did not appear until Saturday. When he did show up, he spent less then 5 minutes and said the repair can not be done because it was a pre-existing condition and left.

Save your money. Find someone else.

We had a great experience with Beekman's Custom Plumbing. After our home warranty company sent very bad plumbers, we asked for a second opinion and they sent John. He was very straight forward, very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great with Amanda. We are very happy with the work and would recommend John.

Came over today and fixed two issues that Street Plumbing said couldn't be fixed. Beckman's was on time, always called to verify, very professional plumber.

I wish my warranty company would use Beckman's, he knows what he's doing and they handle themselves always professionally.
