We've had a few experiences with Beehive and overall I'm underwhelmed. One of the plumbers they sent out for a quote forgot to turn the water back on, the second guy was really nice and went the extra mile to make the situation right, but what really killed it for me was when we decided to move forward with the work, we scheduled two weeks in advance, took the day off work and got a call 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive saying they were sorry but no one was available. I explained that we took the day off to make sure someone was here, so could they make come after 6pm for a reschedule... and they said no. Really? You canceled on me. I won't be recommending them or rescheduling.

I was visiting Utah and needed a plumber for my daughter's apartment. I called Beehive Plumbing and they were able to come out that same day and kindly waited until I arrived at the apartment. Josh was so wonderful and fixed the problem right away! My family and I will ALWAYS call Beehive Plumbing whenever we need Plumbing assistance. Not only did Josh do a great job but he was so kind and friendly to me. I can't recommend them enough!!!

We had our main water line to our home break! We were devastated and didn't know where to go or who to trust. After several plumbers came to assess the job and give us a bid, we chose Beehive. We were nervous of course because it was a big repair and the pipe hard to get to. They did an excellent job and we now have running water again! They were on time, left very little mess and their price beat all the others. We are very impressed and Jared was easy and honest to work with. Thank you Jared and Beehive Plumbing!

In the course of remodeling our kitchen, we have had three visits from Beehive Plumbing in the past month. In each case they did an excellent job. They had all the parts and supplies they needed. They knew exactly how to do what needed to be done. They were very quick at getting the jobs done. They cleaned up after they completed their work. On the day of one of their calls, they were short a plumber. They rescheduled the work for later in the day. The second plumber came and got us working at the end of the day, even though it had been a very long day for him. We are very impressed with Daniel and Aaron, and their scheduler, Patty. Great job, everyone.

If mediocre or ""good enough"" is what you're looking for, then these guys are right for you. They replaced the PRV with the cheapest type available and installed some pex pipe where a decent plumber would've used copper. Not impressed.

Had an emergency leak in our home's main drainage line, which unfortunately I didn't discover until 9PM Saturday evening. Phoned a few places, but found Beehive to answer immediately with their on-call plumber calling back just as fast. JW arrived timely, assessed the problem instantly, and went to work right away. He assured me he had everything needed and wouldn't need to come back following a check service call, like many other places. He had it fixed/replaced, and offered a quick solution to help dry up the remaining wet area in barely over an hour. Top notch professionalism and expertise at very fair prices, with instant responsiveness. Thank you, JW and Beehive.

I just looked online for someone local, I like to support local businesses, and we had a backed up drain in our basement and they were delivering our new washer today, I really needed it taken care of. I called him around 7:30 and to my shock he answered the phone. I told him our situation and he was here by 8, gave me and estimate. He had to go get a few parts and came back quickly. He was great, nice, trustworthy, the repair came out the same as the estimate, and he even checked a few other things for me without charging extra and told me how to avoid my problem in the future. I'll definitely be using him again, if I have to that is.

The owner of this business (believed to be Matt Naylor) was not honest with his bidding process when I spoke to him on the phone. He essentially charges $100/ hour. As a comparison, another plumbing company in Orem said he was going to charge $75/hour due to drive time and gas from Orem to SLC. Clearly, Beehive Plumbing rates are not inline with the Salt Lake City market.

BEWARE! Be sure to get everything in writing or you might get the bate and switch I got. I have two water heaters in my home. One of them went out. I called for a bid to replace the one Rheem Energy Star water heater. I told Hyrum that I needed a price for a comparable water heater. He gave me the price for a regular, high efficiency and energy star. Then he told me that if I would replace both water heaters at the same time, I could get get a significant discount. It would be a savings of several hundred dollars. My energy star water heaters were the same age and he suggested the remaining water heater could soon fail, so I agree. It was my understanding I would get two energy star Rheem water heaters, just like the ones I had for the same price as two high efficiency Rheem water heaters. When the water heaters were installed they had the same manufactures numbers as the energy star except for the last digit. I didn't realize I had been bated and switched until I applied for a rebate online. They didn't install energy star water heaters, they were only high efficiency. So I paid full price for both water heaters, I saved no money by installing two water heaters.

To make matters worse, we now are taking cold showers. We are not getting water hot enough to take a hot shower, the water is luke warm. Matt has said he will come check out the problem, but has never showed up, will not answer my calls when I phone him, and does not return calls after I leave a message.
