A great experience, my first time using this company. I had a leaking drain pipe underneath the house. I called on a Friday and they answered right away. The receptionist was very pleasant and great to deal with. They were able to book me on the following Monday. To my surprise they called a couple hours later and told me that one of their crews was finishing up early and they could come out that afternoon, which they did. The repair was completed in 90 minutes, the plumbers were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing issues.

I Am impressed. Our hot water tank went out. I called 8 different plumbing companies and the soonest one could come was five days later. This company also was busy yet they managed to get someone to come look at the situation that day and it got fixed.

Bee Mechanical / The Bath Room plumbers have always done well for us, both at our house and at my office. Call them early in the day, because by the afternoon, even the one who answers the phone (Rob? Chuck?) is out fixing things. Not a 5-star, because of that limitation.

Do not use these folks - they came out to camera my system, and charged me $445 to misdiagnose a broken pipe (the pipe wasn't actually broken as it turns out). The equipment they used was old and outdated (black & white camera without video capability), and they did not provide me with any map of what they found (where the ""breakage"" was found, pipe locations, etc). They also wasted a big chunk of time (which they charged me for) trying to figure out how my drainfield/septic system worked, even though it had nothing to do with what they were brought out to do (which was to diagnose the pipes under my house). When I called the owners (Rob & Chuck), to discuss, they kept saying they would look into it and call me back. They never did. I contacted them 4 times, each time they made an excuse as to why they would need to call me back, and they never did. They were rude and unresponsive, and I would advise you to steer clear of these folks - they are not a company that you want to do business with.
