Bee and Jay does beautiful, professional, quality work. The water main into my house was leaking, and Joe put a large amount of time into planning how they would fix it. Gene and the rest of the team then did clean, effective work, making no mess at all and completely fixing the problem. Their work was more than a fix, actually, it was a home improvement! I highly recommend Bee and Jay.

They came to my home January 25th I've been calling to get them back since January 27. Today we are second week of February. They take my info say they'll have the owner email or call and they never do. All the water in my home was turned off. Certain areas still aren't working and they don't even have the decency to get someone back to my home. But they 100% made sure to send me that bill within 5 days of the completion of fixing a single pipe and shutting off all my water. Ironic.

They came and did an estimate for a big job. Theirs was the highest estimate of three plumbers who were called. I called twice to get more information and got a call center. I asked for a call back. It never happened, so they didn't get the job.

On Monday last week, we had two gentlemen come to our house to fix a cracked sewer pipe in our basement. They discussed how to fix it and took pictures and said they would get back to us with an estimate. After a few days, we were informed that the boss had to come out to look at the job. So on Friday, the boss came out and this is what he said ""this is going to cost you your left nut"" not very professional in my opinion. In this day and age he had no idea who is was talking to. Apparently, he did not want to do the job so we looked elsewhere. Very disappointed!

We are so pleased we found Bee & Jay Plumbing. We were accumulating little plumbing jobs around the house and finally had to make some calls. It is not easy to find well-rated plumbers, licensed in Putman, who are interested in the little odd jobs. When I called Bee & Jay, I was mainly hoping they could give me a recommendation for a plumber that would do small plumbing jobs

Lori in the office is fantastic! She asked about the work needed, gave pricing upfront, and we booked the appt. Done & Easy. The plumbers called before showing up to let us know they were on their way.

Dan and Brian were polite, professional, efficient, and explained everything.
Lori called the next day to make sure everything went well.

It is a nice feeling to know who to call for big and small plumbing jobs.

I called Bee and Jay on a Saturday morning with a total system backup. They responded within a few hours. Although they were unable to help (it was a massive sewer problem, not a toilet/line clog problem) but they referred me to a great company, Electric Snake. When I got a bill from them the compassionate person at the office corrected the billing problem, since they didn't do any work. What great customer service! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. A great local business.

The Monday night before Thanksgiving, my upstairs toilet was leaking into the downstairs bathroom...the one my guests would be using in 3 days. I had never used Bee and Jay, but I decided to give them a shot based on the excellent reviews and the Angie's List Award that they had received. Laurie worked hard to get a crew out to me before Thanksgiving...and sure enough they came early Wednesday and had everything fixed in several hours. Gene and Jim were great...they lived up to all the positive reviews that I had read. They were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. A holiday disaster averted thanks to Bee and Jay. I have used many plumbers over the years, but was never satisfied so I changed whenever a new problem arose. I think that has ended as I intend to make Bee and Jay my plumber of choice and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again!!

Recently had a leak in my laundry room that started at 6pm, after Bee & Jay were closed! I called their service and received a call back immediately the next morning from Laurie who helped get someone to my home asap. Tony and Danny came to my home and took amazing care of the house and me! It was my first big leak as a newly homeowner, and Tony was nice enough to tell me to call my homeowners insurance and explain the situation. A complete stranger that cared for me as if I was his son! Were else can you find treatment like that! Danny had to cut holes in the walls to locate the source of the leak (was pretty well hidden), and after any mess made, he cleaned it up! I am in year 2 of a 30 year mortgage and Bee & Jay made themselves a customer for the next 28 years at least! Thank you Bee & Jay and special thanks to Laurie, Tony, and Danny!
