The Monday night before Thanksgiving, my upstairs toilet was leaking into the downstairs bathroom...the one my guests would be using in 3 days. I had never used Bee and Jay, but I decided to give them a shot based on the excellent reviews and the Angie's List Award that they had received. Laurie worked hard to get a crew out to me before Thanksgiving...and sure enough they came early Wednesday and had everything fixed in several hours. Gene and Jim were great...they lived up to all the positive reviews that I had read. They were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. A holiday disaster averted thanks to Bee and Jay. I have used many plumbers over the years, but was never satisfied so I changed whenever a new problem arose. I think that has ended as I intend to make Bee and Jay my plumber of choice and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again!!

Recently had a leak in my laundry room that started at 6pm, after Bee & Jay were closed! I called their service and received a call back immediately the next morning from Laurie who helped get someone to my home asap. Tony and Danny came to my home and took amazing care of the house and me! It was my first big leak as a newly homeowner, and Tony was nice enough to tell me to call my homeowners insurance and explain the situation. A complete stranger that cared for me as if I was his son! Were else can you find treatment like that! Danny had to cut holes in the walls to locate the source of the leak (was pretty well hidden), and after any mess made, he cleaned it up! I am in year 2 of a 30 year mortgage and Bee & Jay made themselves a customer for the next 28 years at least! Thank you Bee & Jay and special thanks to Laurie, Tony, and Danny!

I asked my contractor if he could recommend a few plumbers and he said, ""Bee & Jay, they're the best. You'll never have a problem with their work and it will be done right."" I am very happy I listed to his recommendation because the work was done to perfection.

I don't know much about plumbing but it looks like a work of art. The plumbers Mark and John carefully made sure to hide as much behind existing walls and floors of the house which I really appreciated. There was no unnecessary cuts to save time. They really treated it as if it was their own home.

I'll definitely be sure to use Bee & Jay for any future plumbing needs and refer anyone I know.

Just moved into the area. Contacted this company for a few serious problems. They are extremely professional, very respectful to keep your home clean when they come and do the job. Highly recommend them.

We have had work done before and while they are very over priced it was satisfactory. This time the canceled they one appt the day of, rescheduled for 2 days later and never showed up after I waited all day for them. When I called and asked where they were they told me they would be unable to make it. Not even a phone call. Hows that for customer service!!! i will never use them again.

Horrible people - lost my water, have a well - tried to force me into buying a whole new system for $2000.00. Called and spoke to a man who said he was the owner and he refused to repair what I had - said the house could ""blow up"". Had a new plumber the next day who replaced the filter and O ring and now have no issues and it was under $100! Steer clear of these guys they are deceptive and crooked!

Very overpriced. Techs often need to come back several times because they cannot get it right the first time. They are fine to fix a toilet but leave a complicated job to someone else. Of course your experience may be different from mine.

We had no water. Called them on Tuesday afternoon, someone was here on Wednesday morning to diagnose the problem. We needed a well conversion. Two men (Gene and Mike) came Thursday morning and did the conversion. Gene explained everything they did and when they left we had water. Gene and Mike were very nice and professional. The best was they cleaned up after themselves. You would never know they were here except for the fact that everything looks new. You might think that cleaning up is part of the job, but it's not that way with all. I can't wait to recommend them to someone.
