He came when he said he would. He showed David how to turn up the heat on the water heater and advised cleaning. He could have sails us a lot or tried to but he didn't. He said he could clean ut out and charge us but also showed David how to do it. Honest considerate. We're very happy with his service and look forward to a long relationship. Than you.

Hired them to change out filters in a reverse osmosis system belonging to a house that we recently purchased. With attempted filter change, a substantial water leak was created, requiring that the system be turned off completely and bypassed. Prior to this, there was water running through the system with no leak. The plumber/technician told us that we would need to contact the original installer to manage this further. As a result of bypassing the system, we have no water to a couple of important locations in the house. Additionally, he left a large amount of trash and water at the work site for us to clean up! He left us with a bigger problem/mess than when he arrived. I would advise you not to use these guys.

Don't pay them until they finish their work or that will be the last you hear from them! We contracted Bedell to replace a portion of our sewer line. They replaced the pipe but did not back fill the excavation to grade as per the contract. After replacing the plumbing their workman came to the door and said they had finished! Like an idiot, I payed them in full and off they went. Later I found that they only partially filled the excavation and did not fill to grade as per their contract. I contacted Todd to inform him and he acted very indifferent to the situation. I told him I could send him a photo of how the workmen left their work and he stated ""I know what a hole looks like!"" and that was the last I heard from them! All of the fill dirt was removed so I had to purchase 30 bags of fill dirt to finish their work ourselves! Just beware when dealing with this company!

I am so happy with the service I received from this company today. I called them at 7 this morning asking if they could give me a quote for some work. Backed up drains. Told them I didn't get off work till 4 pm and they were here waiting on me at 4. The price was so reasonable and the technician Freddie was so great. Very respectful of my home and fixed the problem. I can't wait to tell my family about them. So happy
