We've used Bedell and only Bedell for more than 15 years. We have always had plumbers and other service providers who know their jobs, are on-time, explain to us the work underway, what remains to be done, and when they will be back. We recently had fixtures replaced in four bathrooms and a laundry room. Jay Bedell understood our needs, found exactly the fixtures we hoped for, and worked steadily over the course of 3 days to get everything done.

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience with Bedell Plumbing. Twice now they have given me a 2 hour window in which they will arrive, and then the NEVER arrive the entire day. I call several times and then they can't even book me the following day. I don't recommend using them if you value your time.

If you want to be threatened and have the plumber tell you he's going to kick your #%£ this is the company to hire. If you wanted a plumber in your home who works through attempted intimidation and foul language and sheer unprofessionalism then call them.If you could give a zero I would! It's mind blowing in 2016 that a company would have an employee with such little self -control.What did I do?I told the employee I blessed him and I forgive him! Good always conquers evil if you want even when you're home to do business with this company if not keep away! Don't INVITE EVIL into your home it's not worth the risk of your family if you have children and personal safety or the peace of your! Listen to a phone message from the manager he's no better than the rest. A simple please forgive my employee. He does not reflect the character and the performance level of professionalism we had Bedwell plumbing seek to provide.

Great job! Fast and super affordable! Still can't believe how quickly our repair was complete and how efficient everything was. Really great experience. I look forward to using them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!
