We've used them for several different issues this last year and they've been great. It's nice knowing who to call now for plumbing & heating issues that come up. They respond quickly and take care of it.. and for a very reasonable price.

Mat Beck and his team have saved our asses so many times over the years, we can't even count!

His quotes always come in under everyone else, and we know he will always make it right. One of the few human beings on the planet you can trust to do that!

He seems to find true pleasure in his work, and appreciates a good challenge. And he educates the homeowner along the way. Rises way above the average plumber, taking it to an art form.

We'll never call anyone else, not while he is alive/working that is!

Terrible company. I had a leak in my bathtub and American Home and Shield sent out Beck's to inspect. The technician told me since I did not have an access panel, I would need a leak specialist to find where leak came from. The guy called the home warranty company and told them is was from the roof (not sure where even remotely he got this idea). Needless to say, warranty company won't cover it now and Beck's are completely uncooperative in rectifying their inaccuracy. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

My water heater needed to be replaced. I called Beck's around 8:00 AM and Matt stopped by my house around an hour later on his way to another job. He looked at my water heater and explained the options available. The water heater is located in a very inconvenient location that required extra effort to get the old one out and the new one in. By 2:30 PM I had a new water heater! Matt fitted this job into his schedule and got it done. I can highly recommend Beck's.

I do NOT recommend Beck's Plumbing and Heating. In the last month, he has not responded to a promised request to give me the name of a shower tile professional. I called him last night and texted him because my air conditioner stopped working (in 90 degree heat) and he was the one who installed it. I have never heard back from him. In a very competitive arena of Plumbing and Heating professionals, find one who will respond to you and treat you with respect. It is not Becks.
