I've used Johnny for years to fix my plumbing needs. I haven't met a better plumber. I had a slab leak at my house. he showed up the same day of my calling him. He talked to my Insurance. With in the next day the leak was all fixed. I highly recommend using Johnny at Beckett plumbing

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Beckett Plumbing is NOT honest! Six years ago we had them replace our water heater for $1000. It in fact was a used water heater that was over 2 years old. We save everything and have the paperwork to prove when it was installed, and that it was represented as ""new"". We also have now seen the date on the water heater and have contacted the manufacturer for a confirmation of how old the water heater really is. The manufacturer was not happy and also believes this was shady. We have had trouble with this now 8 year old water heater and are replacing it using an honest plumber.

Weird and unprofessional. Spoke to the guy multiple times on the phone, had to tell him my name and address many times because, although I spoke to him multiple times, he seemed to never actually wrote my info down and had no idea who I was and no memory of speaking to me before. Two days in a row he said he'd show up, both times was a no-show. I gave up and I'm calling a different company.

I've used this company in the past and satisfied until now. I have had 2 slab leaks in the past 5 years. My carpet is soaking wet in my hall way, assuming another slab leak. Paid $4500 for a repipe and still have the same problem. You would think a plumber would know what they are doing and FIX THE RIGHT PROBLEM.

I wanted to leave a five star rating for Andres, the plumber who came to fix our horrendous leak. He was very professional, but also relatable and nice. He fixed our leak quickly and even gave us advice on how to fight for our home insurance to cover his service. We will definitely be calling on Andres again if we ever have future problems with our plumbing. Even if the insurance doesn't cover it, the money spend to pay him (which he's letting us pay when my husband gets paid in two weeks) would be very well worth it.

Don't waste your time with this company. Was told someone would be here between 9-11 so at 11:15 I called them and they said that they had me scheduled the wrong day. I was then asked if I have a tile roof and I said yes, the guy said this company doesn't go near tile roofs. Why didn't the lady that scheduled me ask that before I wasted my time. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a joke. Called a couple of days ago to get a quote. The lady said, ""Yeah, we will be out between 9 an 12 tomorrow"". So tomorrow comes and it is 11:55, no one has showed yet, so I call the number and some guy answers and has no clue of what is even going on. He states that he would come out during the day for sure. He calls again an hour later and says he can't make it. So, he asks for the third time what I needed done. I tell him again, he says, ""oh it'll just be $XXX.XX"" He hadn't even come out and look at what I needed done and he gives me a quote. So I said when can you do the work and the guy said on Friday. Well today is Friday and they haven't called or even expressed anymore interest in the job. Shady company that doesn't follow through on their word. Thanks for wasting my time and keeping me waiting for absolutely nothing.

I used them over 10 years ago. I liked their work but when I called them for a job I got a recording and they never returned my message. I assume my problem wasn't big enough for them to bother.

Made appointment. Didn't show. When I called they said it was too far to go for the price they quoted?! Then of course they hung up on me after listening to me complain about be left high and dry.
