I have nothing but good experiences in the service provided by Becker and Becker for years now. most recently I had a broken pipe flooding my basement. within 10 minutes of my call to Becker And Becker Ryan was in my basement fixing that pipe. Ryan is very professional and personable and polite. So nice to know I can count on them every time.

They made a relatively minor mistake on an install for me. The owner came out to see and went crazy yelling at me! He was immature and unprofessional over something relatively minor.

So I specifically requested for them to make sure there was no soot put into the air in my finished basement when cleaning my boiler as my other plumber [who retired] was able to clean it without any soot released into the air and causing damage to paint, furniture and electronics. The room was in a fog of soot after he cleaned it. I called to tell them what happened and she said to me if that was all I had to say , cause she had another person on the other line. No apologies, nothing.... Does anybody out there know of a good plumber?

Excellent costumers service! I come in often to get parts and other miscellaneous items. The staff is very friendly especially the lady in the front of the office and the employees know what they are doing! Will continue to use this company!

Becker plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and they were excellent. My 9 year old water heater went out and was leaking water. I called Beckers in the morning and they had a crew out that same afternoon to remove my old water heater and install a new one.

Of course the new ones are fatter because of the good ol' government regulations, so they had to move the water lines, the chimney and the gas line. They got it done relatively quick, but it wasn't just an easy out and back in.

They were really friendly and happy to answer any questions I had while they continued to work. They cleaned up when they were done.

Annually I have an issue with a drain. On most occasions I call Wirth to take care of this problem, but they were busy this time so I called Becker & Becker. What a colossal mistake that turned out to be, what normally is a quick job for one person from Wirth turned out to be a two person 3 1/2 hour endeavor for Becker. I usually pay 150.00 so I was shocked when Becker sent me a bill for over 500.00. This company is crooked as hell. They charged me labor on both guys, one of which stood around and watched the other work. When all was said and done the still didn't get the job done completely so I have water gurgling up through the floor drain. I went there and complained which prompted them to deduct the second persons labor rate, but the bill was still left at more than double what the job normally costs. Whatever you do, don't call Becker and Becker. Absolutely anyone else would be a huge improvement.
