Worked with Beck for almost 4 years now. They rewired an entire house, installed a new generator system, ran electric underground to a separate building, and ran telephone wires. Clearly, we had a good working relationship. They had a few stumbles out of the gate with quality, but I worked with the owner to try and get by them. Now, three years later, after installing my whole house generator, they refuse to service it. Josh will flat out not talk to me. The office called me a couple of months ago and asked what they could do for me to remove the low social media ratings I did, and I told them that they needed to decide what they needed to do. They did nothing and now have informed me that they will not service my generator.......AFTER having set up appointments to do so and been a no-show for both of them. I'm sure they work out well for some people but hold their feet to the fire and they won't like it.

Money rip off! They charge $99 to come out and give an estimate. Ok, so I agreed to it. Beck shows up and the first 20 minutes they are ""auditing"" my electric panel in an attempt to sell me unneeded repairs. Then they attempt to sell a monthly 'service agreement' that discounts their (rediculous) prices 10%. Then the bomb drops. They quote $1035 to change a single fixture. I already have the new fixture, that $1035 is labor only! So it cost me to pay them to come in my house to sell me a monthly service plan I didn't ask for and give me a ridiculous quote! Seems like a crafty way to pay for a sales team. Maybe Beck should be selling time shares!

Prompt but very High Priced--in fact, ridiculously priced. Bought a 50-gallon water heater from Home Depot which cost $700 with tax--had it here at the house and needed an install. Beck sent 2 guys in a big truck with a fancy commercial 'wrap'. They were here for 1.5 hours. The bill was $914.85!!!!!
Will never call these people again.

Fantastic company to do business with. I had a generac home standby generator installed and they did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend them for all you generator or electrical needs. 5 stars to this company and all their employees.

Beck Electric did an excellent job installing my Generac. These 3 young men were friendly, polite and accommodated my 2 friendly but frisky dogs.

The generator looks like it was always there. Very pleased. And I appreciate the app that allows Beck Electric to monitor my unit 24/7.

I called Beck electric to get an estimate on some work I needed done (about a 7k dollar job). They came out to give me an estimate. The guy looked over what I needed done and said he'd have an estimate for me in a couple days. A week passed and I called the office to see if they had my estimate yet and they said they'll get right back to me with it. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Don't waste your time IMO.

Response; You guys did not mail or email me my estimate. You came out on 4/20/22 with a technician named J. Reed. I followed up on 4/26 or 4/27 with the office, (CANT remember exact date) and was told I would hear from you guys shortly. NEVER GOT ANOTHER RESPONSE. Maybe this event is an outlier but this is my experience. I still have the text messages in my phone from when you came out if you can't find me in your ""system"". I just hate to have my time wasted and that's really all my experience with you guys have been.

We are not familiar with electric companies so it came down to luck We set up an appointment for an estimate and they sent out Shane and gave a very reasonable estimate and said if he had all of the parts needed he could do the job immediately. He was able to do the work and it exceeded our expectations. We cannot say enough about Shane or Beck for hiring such a qualified electrician. Very reasonable rates and high quality work!
