Needed a replacement pump and check valve installed in our 65' house well. I had purchased the replacement items with the intent to do the job myself, but due to a hernia I needed help. Gardell from Beck Creek came early afternoon as planned and within 2 hours we had our well issues repaired.

I needed a couple of pipes fixed along with some shut off valves and an outdoor faucet. It was late and I knew it was his lost job but I asked if he would install the downspouts/ drains in all 3 of my bathroom sinks. He did it with a great attitude, even after part of my old pipe crumbled. He had the parts and did a great job. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. Their pricing is also very fair. They will be the only ones I call from now on.

Had an appointment between 12:00 & 1:00, at 1:15 I called to find out if he was still coming told me he thought our appointment was for later in the afternoon and then said he had two emergencies come up!
Not sure what his plumbing services are like but his customer service is poor!
