He's such a professional but he really is like an uncle who just runs right over or fits you in his schedule almost always on the same day depending on the panic he hears over the phone!!! (Im really dramatic) I have left him alone several times to just work and I always feel comfortable with him in my home too

We have used Bill the owner of BEC plumbing for over 3 years for two slab leaks, a new water heater and various other water/plumbing issues. I can honestly say he is the best. I had a slab leak in my garage, and didn't know who to call. I asked my neighbor, who had experienced the same thing in her garage, and she recommended Bill the Plumber. I immediately called the number and left him a message. He called me back within an hour, and told me he would be available within 2 days. He recommended that I shut the water off at night, to help slow the leak.
The day he was supposed to come, he called to say he was going to be a little late, as he was held up on another job....which I thought was very nice of him to do. He didn't just leave me hanging...
When he did show up, he was able to find the leak, and repair the problem. He was a really nice guy, personable, and professional.
I would highly recommend him to anyone, he does quality work at affordable prices.

Bill saved the day! Our home had a leaking hot water line in the slab that had worsened in a matter of days and we were leaving for a vacation the next week. They graciously worked us into their schedule with a very reasonable quote. While we were away Bill and his helpful staff repaired our hot water line with impressive skill and professionalism even recommending an equally amazing drywall company to come repair the holes in our ceiling. When we returned from vacation it was as if no work had been done on our home-flawless.
