Not recommended for any heather repair.
I call Bernie to fix my heather 2 days before leaving for a vacation, explained to him that my son will be home and we need this heather before my departure. He assured me that he can fix it, and asked me to buy part that he thought is the problem (Water Heater Pilot Assembly which cost me $81.50). Bernie showed up and replace the part, but the problem was still existed. After few phone calls he suggested to replace another part (Water Heater Gas Valve and Temperature Control Assembly which cost me about $200 including shipping). he came back replace the part (he didn't charge me for this visit) and guess what, the heather is still not working. At that time he had no clue what wrong with my heather. While i'm on vacation (out of the country) I called Sears, the technician came and for another $180 he fixed the heather, a simple cleaning of the inside of the heather solved all the problem. My ordeal with Bernie cost me $430 ($150 for service and about $280 for parts and many international phone calls.

When I called Be&Be, Bernie called and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He worked with me and my tenant to fix a problem install a anglestop on my hot water valve to hook up a dishwasher that a previous house flipper had hooked up to the cold water line. Bernie was great, he took care of the job, communicate with my tenant and was very fair with is pricing. Thank you Bernie; I will be calling you if i need any other plumbing repair.

Our Grohe shower faucet handle broke the other day. I started trying to fix it myself, but a little web searching made it clear this was going to be both expensive and time consuming. Tried Mike at He-Man Plumbing, but he doesn't work with Grohe and thus referred me to Bernie at Be&Be.

Bernie made an appointment with me for the next day, kept it on time and was able to fix our shower the same day even though it required him going back out in be middle to buy a replacement cartridge. Very friendly and respectful guy who was happy to show us what he was doing. Total cost $350, including $160 for the cartridge. Not cheap, but got our shower up and working in what might otherwise have been a ongoing saga. Would be happy to call him again.

I had Be&Be came out to fix a leaking valve. The communication was good and Bernie came out on time. Bernie fixed the problem quickly, it turns out the stop valve under the sink just need a replacement. The work was done in about 40 min, but I still get charged for the full hour, and $26 for a stop valve which really just cost under $10 at HomeDepot.
