When I called Be&Be, Bernie called and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He worked with me and my tenant to fix a problem install a anglestop on my hot water valve to hook up a dishwasher that a previous house flipper had hooked up to the cold water line. Our Grohe shower faucet handle broke the other day. I started trying to fix it myself, but a little web searching made it clear this was going to be both expensive and time consuming. Tried Mike at He-Man Plumbing, but he doesn't work with Grohe and thus referred me to Bernie at Be&Be.

Bernie made an appointment with me for the next day, kept it on time and was able to fix our shower the same day even though it required him going back out in be middle to buy a replacement cartridge. Very friendly and respectful guy who was happy to show us what he was doing. Total cost $350, including $160 for the cartridge. Not cheap, but got our shower up and working in what might otherwise have been a ongoing saga. Would be happy to call him again.

I had Be&Be came out to fix a leaking valve. The communication was good and Bernie came out on time. Bernie fixed the problem quickly, it turns out the stop valve under the sink just need a replacement. The work was done in about 40 min, but I still get charged for the full hour, and $26 for a stop valve which really just cost under $10 at HomeDepot.

Bernie and his crew came to do a gas line reroute and toilet reroute for me. The job was done very poorly and they were rushing to finish, no attention to detail. After a week, there was a gasleak from their reroute.

I don't mind if it takes longer to do a job but do it right. I had to hire someone else to do the work again and do it right this time.

I'm very disappointed and would not recommend Be & Be plumbing to others.
