Passive aggressive owner won't even return a phone call. I couldn't tell you about their services because I couldn't get anybody to call me back
Beaver plumbing is fantastic. A person actually answered the phone. They set up an appointment to look at the work we needed. They sent out a punctual, clean cut, polite and professional plumber who provided an estimate on the spot. We accepted the quote and they showed up on time, performed the work and were absolutely great to deal with. Other plumbers would not call back, show up or even hardly talk to us. Beaver plumbing is the way to go.
Beaver Plumbing is a flat rate shop that charges $30 to come out and evaluate the problem and then a flat rate to fix it. In my case the flat rate was $200. I assumed that if it took them less time than the flat rate accomodated for, that I'd get a lower rate. I was wrong and got charged $200 for a job that took less than an hour. Parts were around $20, so at the going rate for an experienced plumber (~$90/hr) I paid $90 more than I should have.
There are probably some circumstances that you get what you pay for, but in most cases you will pay more than you need to. I won't use beaver plumbing in the future.
