We have used Beaufort several times with success. Service has been prompt. Advice has been trustworthy. And they have the expertise for plumbing maintenance and repairs. We have a radiant heat system which after a previous plumber changed out the water heater required us to flip a switch when we needed hot water at the faucet and switch it back to get hot water to heat the house. A pain in the neck during the winter. Beaufort inspected the water heater and noted that the bladder had a pin-hole rupture which was the culprit. Once he changed out the bladder, problem solved. Trust Beaufort Services to do the job right.

Careless, sub-standard original installation of new water line caused a highly excessive water bill at least 8 times historical usage. Repair by the same professional, that assured us the problem was solved, incurred yet another excessive usage bill, more than first. A second repair to the original installation is still questionable, and will need to be proven in time. The owner is on the municipal water authority, which seems like a conflict of interest. When questioned about the repair, the owner was not knowledgeable about the type of materials or connections used in the original installation. Perception of his competency is highly poor, and I recommended taking your hard earned money elsewhere and not use this contractor period.

Waited three years to post. They repaired the roof after four other attempts by others. Fair honest and they stand by their work. Their work on our roof was impeccable. Thank you!

What a great company.

Called because we had found both toilets leaking. (Work done by another company)

They set appointment time for 8:30 the next morning and showed up on time. The guys came in with all the things they needed to do the job, no running back and forth to waste time.

They fixed both Wax Rings, which were leaking, and fixed the Kitchen Sink disposal, and cleaned up their messes when completed.

What more can I say. It is great that a small local company still cares about servicing their customers.
