They efficiently repaired what swick couldn't, at a fraction of the cost. Very responsive and explained our options rather than moving straight to replacement. It took swick 2 weeks and they couldn't even finish the job. We found who to call rather than swick.

We had a long standing leak issue in our basement. A large & well known business in the area came out multiple times over 2 years but never seemed to fix the problem permanently. In addition, they suggested we pursue several other fixes that were ultimately unsuccessful. We finally wrote them off & called Beauchamps who found & took care of the issue on their initial visit. I have waited several months before posting this to insure that their solution worked & I am happy to say that it has.

They got hired by the insurance company to fix some leaks on a house I was buying. They said they did the work but when I moved in there was still leaks. I called them to finish the job and then they billed me. They argued that the leaks they fixed were unrelated to their work (they were literally the only people in the home during that time) and said that since I wasn't the one who hired them initially they didn't owe me warranty coverage of the work. Much of the work they did was shoddy or of poor quality, and has had persistent issues.

When I finally got frustrated enough to bring my grievances to them, rather than addressing me in a private or professional manner, one of their employees was rude and unprofessional enough to slander me on social media for daring to having a complaint about his work. TERRIBLE!
