We had a bathroom sink faucet that needed to be replaced. It was more than 30 years old and was showing advanced signs of wear. I went through the standard Yelp drill on a Friday evening, and quickly had multiple automated messages in my Inbox from providers who had finished for the week and promised to get back to me on Monday.

Janea from BeastBay got back to me immediately. I sent a video detailing the issue, and explained that I would be tied up all day on Monday. BeastBay was happy to accommodate me by sending a technician out on Saturday for a free estimate.

The estimate was just a little higher than I had expected (and a bit higher than a competitor's estimate), but as it turns out, it was well worth it: For one thing, the price was all-inclusive, so I didn't have to go to a supply store and shop for the unit myself. Jared C, the technician who provided the estimate and did the job, would source and purchase the faucet unit, come right back, and install it immediately. And the warranty included in the price was very reasonable.

Jared was professional, courteous, and thorough. I could see that the job turned out to be far more frustrating than he had foreseen: The existing drain and faucet were old and corroded, requiring far more work than Jared had envisioned. In fact, Jared actually had to go back to the hardware store for additional parts because some of the legacy parts broke as Jared was removing them. Still, Jared remained calm and professional throughout, and kept to his original estimate despite the extra work and extra trip.

We are extremely happy with the result, and strongly recommend BeastBay and Jared for any household plumbing job.

I reached out to BeastBay about constantly leaking toilets - they responded quickly over the weekend, got me on their schedule right away. Their technician Eduardo came by for a free estimate - after tinkering for 15 minutes or so, he was able to solve the problem in both our toilets. Since the fix was simple, he didn't charge for the call! So grateful for Eduardo's thorough and effective work, clear communication, quick service. I will definitely call BeastBay again when I have a plumbing issue!

I was referred to Beast Bay by a coworker after my main sewage line to my home backed up and they provided great service. From talking to Dee to set the appointment and keeping me updated on dispatch, to working with Robert who came out to check out the problem and lay out the project. Although it turned out to be a bigger problem than expected, they were all helpful with explanation of what needed to be done, what the steps would be and how long it would take. I will be referring anyone in need of a good plumbing company to them in the future!

Robert M. was a amazing from start to finish! I called about a leak under the toilet. Robert came in and gave me my options of what I needed to do. Either get a new toilet or seal it up in the meantime, knowing that it might get worse down the road. I went with the new toilet. A couple days later he cam back with a new toilet and installed it. Everything has been working fine with no leaks. I would definitely recommend Robert.
