Amazing! We called BeastBay Plumbing and they were extremely professional. They have a dispatcher that identified a plumber and he, Johnny, came out the SAME DAY I called!! The dispatcher who took the call was so nice and sent me a text message to confirm that Johnny was on his way. He showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed both bathrooms. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price range was a bit more than we expected but when you have people working on your house that don't know what they are doing it will cost you more money in the long run to fix their mistakes. Johnny took photos and videos of the exact problem so we could see what was happening under our house. Integrity matters!

Let me pause here, it's hard to find a quality business that knows what they are doing, reliable and honest. Johnny is a 4th generation plumber. So why am I raving about BeastBay because another plumber, from a different company, come out and he did not go into the crawl space. He shined a light under our house and diagnosed the problems incorrectly. Ladies if you might not be aware, a crawl space is critical. If there's a leak under the house the plumber has to go under there to identify the problem (e.g., the drain, hot/cold water, broken seal on toilet etc). Thankfully, the other plumbers canceled on us to fix the misdiagnosed problem and we found BeastBay instead.

Let me just say that the plumber did good clean work. He was friendly and I have no problems with the job they did. I didn't get any other bids on the job and that was my mistake. I have asked around with different plumbers since then and what I got charged is the extreme high end. Plumbing problems can be stressful and you are just happy to get them done but I would suggest getting multiple bids. You don't want to find out that you paid as much as 2-4 times the normal cost of a job.

Wanted to upgrade from 1.5 to 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers in my 2nd floor condo. Additional pipes, valves, drain and vents required. Mitchell made a reasonable estimate and performed the work quickly without having to go through the unit below.
Everything passed plumbing inspections by the city without problems.
Would go through them again!!!

Our garbage disposal sounded like it was grinding rocks. We fished and fished and didn't find anything, so we called in a professional. Stephan from BeastBay came by and apparently all we needed was a Professional Fisherman, because he found a piece of screw buried in sludge (gross ).
