I try to be a do-it-yourself type of husband, but installing a new toilet seat was beyond my ability, as I was unable to reach the screws behind the toilet. I called Beast Bay and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and got me the earliest appointment. The day of, the plumber called when he was about 30 mins out and got to work as soon as I showed him the issue. He was able to make the repair quickly and left the bathroom as clean as it was before he arrived. The price was fair and I would definitely use them again!

Mitchell Stever came out the morning after the night I called stressed out about backed up toilets and tubs. He was on time, took off his shoes before he came in, and wore a mask. He explained everything he was going to do, what I should do and a couple game plans for me to choose from. The estimate he gave me was exactly what I paid. The areas he worked on were cleaner when he left them than it was when he came. He made sure everything was in working order before he left, even unclogged hair in the bathtub and fixed a loose doorknob. I would highly recommend Beastbay for their work, customer service, and prompt response. Thank you guys so much.

These guys were great and pretty much right around the corner from me which is very handy. The dispatcher (I think her name was Dee) was fun to talk to and got me a same day appointment. Target time was noon to 2 pm but he got here about half an hour early. Steve was the technician and he did a great job of answering all my questions. He was very courteous and Covid-conscious. He replaced the shower valve cartridges and helped me install a hose bibb and explained everything for me along the way. He almost talked me out of the cartridges but my wife was having a tough time with how tight they were so we had them replaced anyway. They are much easier to operate now. I would call these guys again.

Almost $400 dollars to replace a leaking shower faucet cartridge from Home Depot, give me a break, 1/ 2 hour of effort. Just wanted to see what type of scam they were pulling. Never again!
