Woke up one morning to a steady stream of water coming through the exterior wall of our house and puddling on our patio. 1st plumber we called out said it could be from the recent rain or could be a slab leak which he did not deal with. He referred us to another plumber who said he could handle a slab leak but then came back the next day, found the angle impossible and said we would need to repipe. After various quotes , enter BEASTMODE plumbing.

First, Ismeal responded to my message quickly and we were able to have him come down to give an estimate. I had a weird schedule between kids/school shuttling back and forth and I appreciated his willingness to find a window of time that worked for me.

Second, I picked BEASTMODE for ultimately three reasons: availability, price, and customer service. They had the soonest opening and after getting one water bill ($$$) with this leak I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. The price was less the the other plumbers quoted - not by a drastic amount but enough to make it stand out. Ismael was not pushy in accepting his services, he did make some suggestions as well that we did not think of, but again not pushy with the suggestions either and let us make decisions based on our budget and what was needed.

Our experience was two days of the crew working to repipe our 1954 house. No complaints either when they had to go through our attic with only a small access point in the garage. Holes in the walls were minimal and they respected our wishes of doing the holes on the inside drywall not the outside stucco.

I can 100% recommend this company to all my Riverside neighbors. (Also I forgot to add I found them advertised on NextDoor and then verified them further through Yelp)

I'm a first time home owner and I had originally settled on a different plumber who was scheduled to come the same day I ended up seeing Ismael's truck, and I am so glad I did! He came out with Pepe and they diagnosed the issues in my house the same as the other companies but they also uncovered a lie the other plumbing company told me in that my house was over pressurized and needed to be fixed. Turns out, my pressure is fine! And they showed me proof it was fine! His team fixed a bunch of other problems not really covered in my home inspection and really set me at ease about my homes plumbing being safe. I will only be using Ismael and his team for my other plumbing projects!

I had two toilets that I've had installed by some handyman that resulted in a big mess. Both toilets leaked everywhere. I was fortunate to have found Beast Mode Plumbing (BMP). Booking an appointment was easy and prompt. They were able to troubleshoot quickly and create a plan to resolve the issue. Their rates are fair and the ability to communicate with the customer is a quality that not many in the trade possess. I am happy to say that BMP are my go to for my future repairs/projects

I am soooo Happy that our original plumber we called for service cancelled on us. They instead passed us off to ""Beast Mode Plumbing"" and he was just freakin AWESOME!!! no upsell, no pushiness, just the job sir! They came that same day we were passed off, no problem.

I ended up needing to have a clean out installed but they had a better idea about that since it would've looked ugly having that on the inside wall of out bedroom. We instead had an access panel put in for easier access for the future. It probably would've cost me more if we did it the other way but the owner of ""Beast Mode"" has a brain for what to do correctly and esthetically pleasing. Someone under their breath (and they were just talking amongst themselves kinda privately) mentioned something about needing to have my pipes ""Jetted"" due to how bad they were and plus it probably never has happened in the life of this house. I decided to add that to the list.

Prices were within range of what I expected but the service was phenomenal! The owner had his apprentices with him and they were very polite and courteous too. I ended up giving them a bag of chocolates and a couple of sodas. They really liked the Mtn. Dew Melon lol.

If you don't call them for service then its on you for not having the work done correctly in the first place. It doesn't take much for me to be on your side. All you have to do is ""DO YOUR JOB & DO IT WELL!""

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with my main water line shutoff valve failing. I reached out via Yelp and received 5 quotes from local plumbing companies. All these companies offered me something I wasn't interested in.

Someone referred me to Ismael with Beast Mode Plumbing, I reached out and he came within hours to take a look. Valve was external but connected piping was in a very tight space. There was copper & metal pipe work, rerouting pipe, and moving a water pressure regulator. He came up with a plan and cost to do the work. I accepted and we scheduled time to do the work.

Ismael came on time as scheduled and he finished the work within less than two hours, cleaned the area, and tested the water line.

100 % Satisfied and highly recommend him!
