At the recommendation of others in the neighborhood, I called Bear's Plumbing to come out a fix a big problem with work done by another plumber. They scheduled a service call within a couple of days. When they arrive they quoted a very reasonable price and deducted the very reasonable $75 trip charge from the invoice total. The plumber was very courteous, quickly assessed the problem and fixed the other plumbers mistakes. I would recommend Bear's plumbing to anyone in the area. At last I feel like I have found a reliable plumber who is reasonably priced and is looking for loyal repeat business and not a price gouging ripoff like so many others with the fancy looking trucks and television ads.

They came out to the house to fix a toiler roughly 5-6 weeks after fixing one before. Same two guys and we get a quote significantly higher than the time before. When I call them on it the price starts falling, but is still $30 higher than a few weeks before. Sorry guys, but I am self-employed and not guaranteed a thing so when you do this to me and I have to pay you a $75 trip fee for being in our house for less than 5 minutes that doesn't sit too well.

Absolutely five stars. Pricing was fair for a few miscellaneous plumbing jobs we had in our house in Cypress we were renovating. Beyond that, we had a mystery spot in the ceiling where someone obviously had stepped through the sheetrock and no one was claiming. I called Bears and spoke with Eric about who talked to his team who didn't do it. I figured out it was another sub after some detective work, but Eric reached out to us several times offering referrals to his sheetrock guy... always with the spirit of responsibility and good faith that they would take it on as needed and not leave us high and dry. What service. This is rare folks, these guys are very special and I will exclusively refer them out.

3/16/2018: Horrible first experience with this company. After waiting two days for my service apt to arrive - they canceled my Friday afternoon apt leaving me hanging without a kitchen sink through the weekend until they could reschedule me for the following Tuesday. I will never use them. Worst customer service ever. My husband called RotoRooter who rescued us and arrived within 2 hours. Should have called RotoRooter first and saved myself the inconvenience.

Tried to fix a running toilet myself and failed. I contacted Bear's Plumbing to help me and they worked me into the schedule the same day. The guys who come out are so sweet and polite and they remember me if they have worked on my house before. They fully explain everything they are doing and why. I trust them 100% so they really don't have to explain anything to me. I wouldn't want any other plumbing company. Yes, we may pay a little more than other companies, but you get what you pay for! They stand behind EVERYTHING they do, they are local and family-owned, and their customer service can't be beat. When you are a repeat customer, they know your home, your preferences, and they treat your home as well as their own and leave their work area as clean if not CLEANER than it was when they came in. Highly recommend and refuse to use anyone else!

Bear's Plumbing came out today and I cannot say enough good things about the guys that came out. Very respectful, helpful and knowledgable, which seems to be rare these days. Thank you Bear for getting guys out here so quickly and for assessing the problem and above all for being so nice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.
