Instead of recommending what other plumbers recommended - the very expensive solution - he methodically started with the least expensive solutions and the ones that caused the least amount of disruption and mess. Step by step, he tried different common sense tactics until he found the one that worked! Nothing aggressive or requiring complicated, expensive equipment. He used his brain! And because of that our bill was reasonable and no mess when he left. We have found our new ""go to"" plumber.
