I had a AC Unit system installed at my cabin in Big Bear City. The installation took one day to complete. I also had them install the Nest Thermostat which I really like! Brian, Quinton, and Mike where prompt, absolutely very professional, and very informative. They left the work areas clean and tidy as soon as they where done. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who's looking to have HVAC or plumbing work done! Great job gentlemen!!

Within an hour he was done. I've lived up here many years and never dealt with a more professional company. From the very start you know you are not dealing with the normal Big Bear business. They are in constant communication and the text messaging is very handy.

Technician was to arrive between 2:00-5:00. Got a call from Rebecca at 12:20 asking if It was okay for Bryan to come now. Perfect!! How often do you get a technician show up on time, let alone early? Was looking to get an estimate on a reverse osmosis system. Told him about the water and ice dispenser that comes out of my refrigerator. So much calcium going through the system. He suggested adding a filter to the water line. He was able to pick one up and get it installed in less than an hour. It really has helped. Thank you Bryan!

We had all of our underfloor ducts replaced, and the heating and air conditioner serviced. The work was completed in less than two days. Brian and Quentin did an outstanding job. They always wore masks, and shoe guards. They kept us informed of their progress, and ensured the new ducts worked properly. The old ducts were hauled away, and the furnace looks and works better than new. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work, and the great service we received. We recommend them highly.

Professional company using modern tools of both communication and their trade. I asked two other heating companies if they use a borescope (which I suspected would be needed for my problem) and they said no! Even I have a 6ft borescope with a free Iphone App! My first question to my technician (Bryan) was whether he used a borescope. Of course I do, he said, then added, ""just as a butcher uses a knife!"" He was conveniently tall enough that he reached my problem registers without a ladder! No none sense guy, honest, very friendly AND Sharp! He knew his stuff! His boss may not like what I'm about to say, but he did not create a fake problem to create more work for them. What a relief. His smile and positive attitude were icing on the cake. I have to admit though, I was not happy with him...I WAS ECSTATIC! He made my day :)
