Great experience with Bear Plumbing. Said they'd arrive between 11-4 and John and David arrived at 11:30. They did a great job analyzing the issue with our kitchen sink plumbing and were able to redo all the plumbing within the hour. Highly recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Pay attention to my notes. We used Bear Plumbing (not by choice, but because they were assigned to us by American Home Shield). We had a pipe break in our kitchen line. In addition, our house has a natural spring underneath, and as a result of that - and the leak - it was necessary for the plumbers to pump a considerable amount of water. HOWEVER - these guys totally took advantage of the situation and were TOTALLY UNETHICAL. They first told us that the bulk of work would not be covered by AHS. So far, so good. We accepted this. They then said it would probably be about $1,100 out of pocket. So far, so good. We accepted this as well. However, after they opened the wall and allowed our house to be overtaken by noxious fumes....ONLY THEN did they drop the hammer. ""Oh....looks like more water than we thought...and we can't see how much pipe is involved""...and other BS. Then, they dropped the hammer letting us know that to finish the job it would be $5,000 out of pocket!!!! (in addition to $1,680 they billed our insurance). So, $6,680 for TWO HOURS of labor from a crew of 3 guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. THEY ARE 100% UNETHICAL. I have spoken to numerous plumbers since using them and the TOTAL JOB should not have been no more than $2,000. CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS! F Rating with BBB. F Rating by me. And if you decide to use them....you will get effed too. LAWSUIT BEING EXPLORED THAT WILL GO WELL BEYOND THE SCOPE OF 'SMALL CLAIMS' AND INVOLVE A GROUP ACTION. We urge you to stay clear of this company.

Bear Plumbing came out to my house today. I must say my expectations were low seeing it was refer to me by American Home Shield so there was a flat price paid in advance by me. So upon their arrival I was given a 5 hour window and I call the office at the 4 hour & 45 min mark. I was told that I was the last call. 5 min later, John called me to tell me he was 10 mins out. I asked John and his assistant if they had shoe covers and they obliged me. John and his assistant went to work and was very efficient, asking me questions along the way. I was very impressed with this. About 30 mins our toilets were serviced and our bathroom sink was unclogged. I had none of the usual nightmares associated with plumbers. I would use Bear Plumbing again. Thanks, John! Keep up the excellent customer service.

Call to schedule service was quick, and convenient. The service team today, Greg and Hamlet, were very courteous and professional. They investigated two issues one they resolved and the other they will speak to the property owner about and contact me back to schedule another visit. Couldn't be happier with my service today, thank you Bear Plumbing!

Our home owners insurance company uses them to come and fix things. Horrible and rude phone representative. Very short of words, dint want to repeat or help in anyway. She dint tell us there would be a service fee ($65). Very very very rude.

The guys who came Out to do a repair were not that bad, however they dint call me 30 minutes before arrival. We had specifically asked for that at-least 10 times.

It sucks that we are stuck with them until we have this insurance.

our home insurance assigned this company to us:simply horrible beyond any description; they come, spend a couple of minutes without any thorough inspection and instead of fixing it they tell you that you have to replace everything and they are willing to sell it to you at a lower price blah, blah; this company must be the worst and most dishonest in the market; consider to have been warned!!
