Terrible service. Our home warranty company contacted this company to service a clogged sink. Worker arrived around 6 pm. Obviously they did not want to do any work. The worker asked for the check first before completing anything. Once he did work he said there was no clean out valve which we later determined to be incorrect. Also they left after taking our check and not fixing the issue. On top of it they said or would probably cost $2200 to fix and they would have to break a wall. Totally unprofessional and incorrect. Would not use this company if I were you.

I have never had an experience where it was not an emergency and from the moment I called, to the moment Bear Plumbing came to my house was just 2 hours. I was expecting in the best case, they will come tomorrow, but in 1.30 min after my call, I was told they are 10min away from my house !!!! The work was done in 20 min and my plumbing problem was over !!! Thank you !!! I had wonderful experience with your company.

I was out of town when our sewer pipes backed up into our shower and tub. My wife found Bear. They charged her $675. to put a scope down the pipe (their ad and truck says ""free"") and then an estimate of $2800. to put in a clean out valve. OK, it was Saturday night, but $675.!!!!!!
Outrageous. I returned home while Bear was still there and John tried to get me to do it right then. I called another plumber . They came out. The scope was free, the cleanout valve was $1400. Beware, beware, beware. I really feel he took advantage of my wife

They are always courteous and professional. More importantly i dont have to worry the job wasnt done correctly and have to pay more later for a poorly done job. John Tiratsuyan and his partner came out for a home warranty call regarding my toilet, shower and sink. They addressed all of the issues I had in my home. They had fast and friendly service. They also made sure to review each item twice to confirm that they were fixed to my liking.

A leaking valve under the kitchen sink, and for about seven seconds I actually considered fixing it myself. Then I snapped to my senses and called the pros at Bear. So glad I did. Armani and his associate arrived at the appointed time, quickly assessed the matter and had it repaired and cleaned up in 20 minutes. No waiting for parts; they had everything they needed in their truck. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Efficient. All it took was 20 minutes for them. And seven seconds for me.

I am covered by American Home Shield and they sent Bear Plumbing & Rooter out to my house to assess why there is pressure build up in my hot water tank. The plumber noticed right away that I did not have a water pressure regulator valve on the house. I believe that he knew that the warranty company was not going to cover the job, so his main priority was to charge my credit card of $100 right away. It is sad that companies have to be so dishonest or non-transparent just to make $100. If they were transparent and honest upfront by telling me that PRESSURE REGULATORS are typically not covered by AHS, then I would still have considered doing business with them. I will never consider doing business with Bear Plumbing & Rooter.
