Sorry to do this because he gets such great reviews here and on NextDoor but - Mike totally blew me off and left me hanging. I emailed, voicemailed and texted at his request my need for some home plumbing, two 'small' projects, and he initially voicemailed me back that he was ordering a needed part. Then he ( a day later or so) contacted me saying, I should order the part myself as it would be under the mfr lifetime warranty.

Short version, he just disappeared and after a few days of being patient and no response I just fixed it all myself. So, that was the upside. Next time you need a plumber, call me (no, no don't do that!!). But I did learn how to replace a shower control cartridge, very easy to do, you don't need a plumber at all.

I would have been totally fine with him saying ""I don't have time/your project is too small/whatever"" and I'd have moved on happily. But he just left me hanging and thus 1 star, it'd be 0 stars if possible.

While visiting my mother who lives in Genesee who was recovering from a fall I noticed that her home had a lot of plumbing issues that were beyond my repairs. I called Michael with Bear Creek and asked him to come by and take care of things. Not only was he very timely but repaired everything within a very reasonable amount of time and his bill also reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

Bear Creek did a fantastic job fixing leaky and dripping faucets at my home at a reasonable price. Further, they had MOEN send free parts to my house. Any other plumber would've ordered them and charged me for the parts. Great integrity folks!!!

I called Bear Creek Plumbing based on previous Yelp reviews and am here to confirm that Mike was everything that the previous reviewers said he is--and more.

I waited to call a plumber until I had three non-emergency items in need of professional care. Mike was congenial on the phone--but when he arrived, I knew right away that I would like him.

He showed up wearing shorts and a button-down shirt as if he were going out to lunch with friends. It takes real confidence for a plumber to show up dressed that way, considering the types of messes plumbers fix. He took his shoes off at the door like it was a regular practice of his. (Think about that: how many tradespeople remove their shoes at a customer's door? Who knows what a plumber could have stepped in at a previous client.)

He offered various solutions for each of our issues, and priced out each suggestion so that we had options. Throughout his visit, Mike was cordial and talked through what he was doing so that I had an understanding of what was being done--he shared stories of situations that he had seen at other homes and told me how to avoid them. Mike's work was great and he left our house clean.

I called Bear Creek Plumbing this morning and they fit me in for my kitchen sink that was leaking.
He arrived early for his appointment.
He did an excellent job and he was reasonable in his price.

I called Mike for a kitchen sink plumbing issue and he was able to get to our house that same morning. He completed his assessment efficiently and even helped me order the replacement part under warranty so that I wouldn't have to pay for the part myself. Very professional and courteous, did a great job for reasonable price. I will definitely use Bear Creek Plumbing again!
