I was out of town and trusted that Nate would do a good job installing a furnace in a rental unit. Now that i have seen his work I'm pissed. He not only did a crappy installation job. He didn't even put a filter in it or a space for a filter and the filter laying on the floor. Then i discovered he didn't re-install the AC drain line and the AC drained, not only into the new furnace but under the laminate flooring and ruined the whole living area!! Refuses to make it right

We called Nate out to perform an HVAC service and to provide a bid for a new system. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with multiple options and ultimately had him install a new system. The work was well done, done quickly, and he returned to ensure that all was working well. I would gladly recommend Nate and plan to have him do future servicing of our furnace and air.

Our thermostat was acting funny, and we tried everything we could think of. Youtube helped us eliminate a few things, but ultimately, we needed a professional. I put out a bid request for six places, all but Beagley gave us the run around. ""I can't get you in for a week"" or ""we can't give a price"" etc. That week the lows were in the 30s, so waiting a week was not an option. Nate was prompt, out the next day, told us what his fee was to come out, and explained what he was doing. Want to avoid price gouging or the infamous ""appointment"" making that inevitably gets ""rescheduled""? Go with Nate. He's good, honest, and fair. He has our business.

After my 4 year old HVAC system (installed by a different company) stopped working again, Nate immediately responded to my service request and was able to come out that very day (on a Sunday even) to look at it. He was very nice, professional, and I truly felt like he cared to do right by us. He was able to get the heat back on temporarily until the part he needed was acquired, which we were very happy about since it had dropped to 52 degrees in our house. Today, he got the part early and was at my house to fix it completely before noon. I have officially found someone I feel comfortable with fixing or maintaining our system. Thank you Nate!
