Service and technician, Jesus, were great - efficient and explained everything well. 3 stars due to price - much more expensive than I expected.

Beacon plumbing is a joke of a company. They do half @** work ruined the property line between me and my neighbors house. They over charged him for the work the put in. Cut off my house access to the sewer line. They are rude and try to pass blame around until you bring 100% proof to them. Then they can't even give a time to make it right. Don't use beacon plumbing all you do when you call beacon is start freakn. It has been a week and they still haven't made it right.

I give them 2 stars for showing up within an hour of my call. My kitchen faucet was leaking, everything underneath was getting wet. The guy takes a quick look and tells me there's a pinhole leak and that the faucet needs repair. I asked him if he had faucets on his truck and he said yes, and that he would write me up a quote. He suggested that in the meantime I should get online and see if I could find a money off coupon on their website for new faucet installation. (I should have taken this for a red flag concerning the bottom line of the quote he brought back) He showed back up 10 minutes later with a quote for $748.75 plus tax and that included a discout for seniors!! That took my breath away! I asked him if he had Bobby Wagner in the truck with him for that price. Needless to say I let him know that I couldn't afford that price so he just charged me the 75 dollars for him showing up to my house. So with some help from youtube and McClendons Hardware I did it myself and save about 600 dollars, took me less than an hour! Very disappointed felt like I was legally being robbed!!

Panicked on a Sunday when the water heater broke and called Beacon Plumbing. Was a very expensive mistake. 6k+ for a new tankless water heater to replace a 15yo water heater. Was during the initial call that they told me the $100 fee would be waived if we chose their services. Well, our dumb selves decided to go ahead and let them install a tankless thinking it would increase the value of our home if we go to sell it. The operator told us the tech would be here in 45minuts, he didn't arrive for almost 2 hours. Then gave us the quote. And then we went into debt. The plumber took less than 2 hours to install it and gave us the bill. The $100 service call charge wasn't waived, so we had to call during business hours and wait for them to credit it. It was credited after a few days. The water now runs between very hot and tempid but i don't want these guys back in my house after reading previous reviews warning me that they'll charge the service fee again. Save yourself money and embarrassment and SHOP AROUND!

Extremely disappointed with their service today. I had a water heater issue. I was expecting to pay $100 just for them to show up and do nothing. Guess they use F1 fuel for their trucks. Then they charge you an additional rate of $385 just to diagnose the problem. So now you're paying $485 and that doesn't fix anything yet! Then you're given the ""Final"" price to fix the problem. Mine came out to be over $2,300 for two small parts and labor. Seriously what a scam! Beacon Plumbing is the definition of greedy service. I waisted my entire morning on this greedy scam service!
Please be advised-DO NOT waist your time and hard earned money on this company. I did my research and compared service prices, and hands down Beacon Plumbing takes the greedy cake for the same service you would get anywhere else at MUCH LESS!!! Be smart folks and don't get robbed!

We were scammed by this company, and I recommend that you avoid Beacon Plumbing. In addition to doing unnecessary damage to our ceiling and wall, Beacon left our house on 5/13/20 with $5,577.37 including tax from two foolish, uninformed and worried senior citizens. I hope that you read this narrative and avoid an extremely expensive and frustrating situation with Beacon Plumbing.
This is what happened to us:

On May 13th, 2020 we dishwasher manufacturer because our dishwasher had stopped working. That company came out, discovered that an electrical box under the counter had water in it, told us that our problem was not with the dishwasher, and left without charging us. We were very concerned that we had water in our electrical system, and immediately called Beacon Plumbing.
A Beacon electrician came out, looked at the wet electrical box and called the plumbing division of Beacon. Beacon had us sign off for $577.95 to find the problem. We signed, thinking that would be the charge to fix our problem. Unfortunately, they looked for the leak in the wrong place and cut a 6 foot hole in the ceiling and another 2 ft hole in a wall where there were no signs of water. If the plumber had used a leak detector, which seems to be standard equipment for people in that business, those holes would not have been made.
Next, they presented us with another amount to sign off on: $1,975.00 to really find the leak this time. God knows why we initialed their paper again. Panic and stupidity, I guess. A young man proceeded to remove 5 pieces of vinyl siding from our outside wall. Within a few minutes, the leak was found behind the siding on our outside wall.
Although felt that we had already been overcharged for their services, Beacon presented with yet another charge to fix the leaky pipe. The Beacon plumber was now ready to fix the leak for an additional $1,550.00. The plumber replaced about two feet of leaky CPVC with copper.
As the plumber was fixing the leak, we began arguing with them about the amount of money they were charging for their services. Since our water was off and the job partly finished, we were not in a good position. The plumber threatened to walk off the job if we did not pay in full, so we paid using our credit card.
In addition, the Beacon electrician charged us twice. First, $423.00 to come out and look at the wet electrical box, and then 599.00 to actually replace the box and a few feet of wire for a total of $1,068.23 including tax. (They gave us a 50.00 coupon for being good customers.)
To top off this unfortunate event, we had to call a different plumber the next day because there was still water leaking in the same area. We paid $400.00 to the 2nd plumber to finally stop water leaking around our sink.

We attempted to fight these charges but both the bank and The Washington State Insurance commission were of no help. Buyer Beware! The Beacon Plumbing location we dealt with is in Kent, Washington.

Had a broken galvanized pipe under my rental home in a Friday night, so they had us over a barrel. On Saturday they replaced a 3' section of pipe, which took about an hour. They charged $895. I see from other reviews they're notorious for astronomical charges and blowing people off when they question them. Scummy business. Run away.

On the phone was quoted $75 service fee for a non-urgent routine house call and camera inspection of sewer line. After performing the 45 minute inspection, he said the $75 was only to arrive, plus additional $350 to perform. Scam pricing!
A medium clump of roots, without blockage, was found in the pipe 6' away from the house. He quoted me $3700 and 3 hours to perform hydrojet, involving digging 2' down to the pipe in an unobstructed outdoor area. Scam!
Instead, I bought $20 Roebic Foaming Root Killer to flush down a toilet, which kills roots in 4 hours and limits regrowth (unlike hydrojet).
Next time I will rent from Home Depot a sewer camera for $115 (or buy one for $650) and, if needed, rent a drain cleaner for $60.
