I called Beacon Plumbing when the motor went out on my furnace. SHAWN had a new furnace installed 48 hours later. He was efficient and professional and answered every question I could think of. He even taught me how to adjust the air flow for both the heating and the air conditioning.
SHAWN is a good ol' Southern boy from Texas who knows his stuff. Give him a call.

At the start of the pandemic my furnace died. Beacon physically answered my call and had someone to my house quickly. Ismael arrived, diagnosed the problem. Fix or new furnace? No hard sell. Was very supportive of current situation. Once we opted for a new furnace he consistently delivered excellent communication. They were here when they said they would be. They kept themselves and our family safe from the virus taking EVERY precaution. They now have a customer for life. I cannot reccomend Beacon or Ismael highly enough.!! Hard to find this level of customer service in this day in age.

Nice folks on the phone, prompt arrival but when they got here they quoted $1100 plus tax to clean out 2 deck drains. we paid the $75 truck charge and sent them on their way. Very disappointed.

I had a problem with my gas furnace and Beacon was able to come out the same day and fix it before it got cold at night. Great and professional service

We called Beacon Plumbing last night, as our kitchen sink had standing water in it -- not so great now that we're all staying home because of the Corona virus. Troy came out this morning and took care of everything. He had to snake it 4 times, but now we have flowing pipes. He was helpful, professional, and took all the safety precautions = face mask, rubber gloves, etc. 5 stars!

Jake (job# 221246) did an awesome job fixing our leak under our sink and replacing our garbage disposal. He also found a leak with our insinkerator and fixed that as well. Jake also told us how to avoid future plugs and what-not. Great customer service. Great experience overall. Good luck with your new puppy Jake!!

Josh and Ian were on time. Professional and fast. A great team. Would recommend Beacon again for sure.

Price Gouged?..... I'll let you decide..
So here is my story. I called Beacon plumbing about a float for my waste ejector that needed to be replaced. They said they would take a look and it took them all of 45 min to get there. That was awesome. They said, yes, it was the float and they could do the work then and gave me a price of $1100, eventually they dropped it to $800 after I complained a bit. I knew the float cost $29. It's online and at the local plumbing supply. I was in disbelief at the cost.I said this is how much for about an hour of work. They replied it's deep and they will have to hang upside down. I said, I put a ladder in there last time I had to do some work. (I had my tenant watch and no one hung upside down) They started this at 12:07pm and left at 12:50pm and again the charge was $800. You might ask why wouldn't i just do the work myself and I will tell you I am a pharmacist with Public Health and with the coronavirus going on, I don't have the time to take off to do this since I am on the front line responding to this crisis or I would have just taken off and did the $30 dollar repair myself. So I am posting this here for others to read and to make up your minds how you would feel if this were you? Now mind you, the pump worked and I didn't need them to come out right that minute (but appreciated that they were quick) but it wasn't a rush job nor did I say it was a rush job.
Anyway, this left me feeling a bit sick that a company would take advantage of a time like this. Thanks for reading..

This firm is unethical and overpriced. Buyer beware.
Yesterday my wife called Beacon Plumbing because she noticed a leak beneath our kitchen sink while I was at work. Beacon came out to our condo, diagnosed our problem as a broken disposal that needed replacing. The plumber pressured my wife to make an immediate decision and charged her over $1000 for a $235 dollar high-end disposal (we would've been happy with a basic model at $150 or less) and less than one hour of labor for installation. He then offered a $30 discount if she'd write a positive Yelp review, which he stood over her shoulders to verify and photograph as she wrote it. How creepy. The plumber also joked about all of the money the company spends paying professional athletes for endorsements.
This was our second bad experience with this company. Years ago at a different property we called them when we were faced with basement flooding. That plumber quoted us $28,000 to install a sub-floor drainage system. Fortunately at that time we thought to shop around and found a competitor to do the same job for $11,000.

This is the second time I had Beacon plumbing do a major project on my home. Tony H was excellent in going over all aspect of putting a new water heater for my home from cost, installation, maintenance throughly answering any questions I had regarding any step of the process. Job well done #220453
