He even fixed our doorbell, and addressed some shotty garden issues the previous owners installed! He went above and beyond with communication, politeness, and professionalism! Our water heater went out, so I submitted a request on yelp and Heard back within a few hours, even though it was late at night (9:30PM)!

They were able to get someone out next day; tech (Marc) was running a bit late, but they made up for it by handling the repair on the spot and cutting their labor cost in 1/2 and handling the warranty cost directly with the manufacturer!

Overall, great experience and would recommend/use them again!

Customer beware. Was quoted a $39 service call. After service rendered on water heater was handed invoice for $225, no forewarning of charges just proceeded. Notification and pricing and management very unprofessional. Workers were okay but pricing lack of communication to customer regarding pricing very unprofessional. Customer beware

I called Beacon to remove and replace a toilet on behalf of my elderly mother. They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, arrived on time, did the work professionally, cleaned up the mess, and were on their way quickly. I'd use them again if the need arises.

Replace broken ball valve at water heater. Plumbers arrived on time removed and replaced broken valve and found a defective pressure tank as well. They had the parts and I requested them to replace it as well. Very thorough and efficient. Great job!

We had recently purchased a house in Caldwell. With cold temps in the forecast we wanted to confirm the integrity of the HVAC system. We came across Beacon on Yelp. I gave them a call and they were able to get us on the schedule immediately. The day of service the guy showed up and went right to work. We cannot recall his name but he did a fantastic job. I was a little concerned about the price but I know sometimes you gotta pay up to get top tier service. Cheaper is never better. He answered all our questions and gave our system a clean bill of health. He even vacuumed the floor under the attic access in the bathroom. Thanks to Beacon and their outstanding tech we are comfy cozy on Gods Way Lane. I would definitely recommend Beacon for that 5 star service.
