This is not a plumbing company. They say they are located at 33 Derne St. in Boston which is a grass lawn at the back of the State House.
They charge $85.00 to have someone show up but they won't tell you who will show up.
They do not have a Master Plumbing license listed on there advertising as is required by Massachusetts State Plumbing code.
They misrepresented themselves as Beacon Hill Plumbing that is located om Myrtle St.

Emergency water leak. Beware, they promised somebody within the hour when I called at 1:51 pm. I called at 3 pm and the customer service rep said the technician was taking longer than he thought at his current appointment. Ok, I said, when could he get to my house. She checked with him and returned to the phone and said between 5-6 pm. I said OK. At 6 pm I called them and the customer service rep checked and came back and said unfortunately they would not be able to service me today. Apparently they were not going to call/ update me on what was happening as I had to call both times. They claim 24/7 service on their web site. OUTRAGEOUS...STAY AWAY! One star is too much.
