total rip off! They replaced minimum plumbing for tub faucet leak under tub and a shower moen cartridge for over 1300.00. plumber arrived at 9 am and was gone by 11:00 for that price the plumbing could of matched up and looked like a decent job. also plumber was unprofessional speaking to my news on the tv. I did not hire him to discuss that he felt they brought this on when hearing the news. stay professional please! contacted owner he stated that if he did charge hourly it would be around 175 an hour if that is the case, then why is your flat rate so far off? if the job of taking much longer, we would've gladly paid. in the paperwork at stated that it was just an estimate, and that it could be adjusted. The owner stars he never would adjust to go up! why not be fair! most companies charge for a minimum of one or two hours of labor which would of been fair but this was just plain out excessive! He was not pleasant on the phone and I read right through the line he was telling me. high recommend doing research when choosing as I will be more careful going forward. I do not trust this company! Im used to plumbing companies being fair. taking great care of their customers and wanting to build life long customers. job not appealing
