Kevin J.Reached out twice starting late last week and finally got a call back this afternoon. I asked for a quote to install a new toilet that I had purchased. It is the same job I had them do 4 years ago...wow, has four years changed a lot. I got quoted well over 300 dollars to just take out old and put in new...It was less than 150 four years ago (same service). I explained again that I only wanted old one out and new one in...that's it....Rob (sounded tired or not interested) he explained to me all he could do was punch in a code or something and the computer gave him the quote of which he had no control over. Well punch me out I called a competitor and they seemed interested in helping me and was very pro-active and will come out and give me a complete quote and do the job that day at my convenience...I will post the company and how it works out after Thursday.
