Called Monday 7/22 at 9am to have my toilet replaced. The girl quoted me $225 base cost. I said no problem but I need it replaced asap. She scheduled me Wednesday between 1-3pm. The tech arrives at 1pm sharp..nice guy. In 10 min he tells me no problem and he can do the job Saturday. I was so shocked...he told me it's a two person job to replace the toilet and he only came to see the situation. So so disappointed.

I needed a quick turnaround for a clogged drain at an apartment that I rent. I called beach plumbing and they were amazing.

First of all, they called in advance before arriving as I had requested so I didn't have to wait outside a rental for a two hour time window. When i got there I realized that I didn't have the key. My fault.

They rescheduled for the next morning without charging me for their plumbers time that I wasted.

Edwin arrived the next day and snaked the drain. He also used his camera to make sure the line was clear and had me watch so that I could see everything with my own eyes. Gave me on the spot quotes for longer term solutions.

Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. I will def use them again

So, I woke up on 4.10.24 to find my den flooded. Water was exiting a recessed light fixture on the first floor. I ran upstairs to the master bathroom; the area under the sinks were dry as a bone, as was the laundry room floor.

Suppressing waves of panic, I spent five minutes searching Yelp for a plumber closest me, as I felt time was of the essence. ""Beach Plumbing"" seemed nearby my Redondo Beach home, so I gave them a ring. The person who took my call was very patient and accommodating. By noon, Edwin arrived at my door. It took him all of 10min to find the source of the leak: A malfunction fresh water line that was dumping water down the opening for the sewer pipe, and onto my first-floor ceiling.

On Friday, Robert came to install the new toilet that I ordered from HD. He too was amazing; super competent, with mad plumbing skills and a personable nature.

Going into a repair job, for some reason I've always harbored a lingering fear that I would be taken advantage of, or upsold unnecessary fixes. For the record: Edwin and Robert are the absolute real deal. Honest and forthcoming.

Oh, and Edwin didn't charge me a dime for the visit and trouble-shooting.

Beach Plumbing just took care of a smell in our bathroom that we had been dealing with for years and 2 other plumbers couldn't figure it out. Tony came out to our house for a free estimate. He went under our house into our crawl space and thoroughly assessed the situation. You can really tell he loves his job. He even called 2 co-workers because he wanted to get additional opinions on what he thought the problem was. He recommended a smoke test and Tony and Matthew were able to come out the next day I was available. The smoke test only took a few minutes and they found the leak immediately. We were able to schedule the repair for a few days later at a really reasonable estimate. The morning of the repair Tony arrived exactly on time with his team Roger and Izzy who actually did the work and they were so efficient. Tony estimated that the job would take 5-6 hours and it only took about 3 hours. They definitely overdelivered on everything they promised and you can really tell the whole team loves what they do for a living and enjoy working for this business. These guys are 100% going to be my go to plumbers moving forward for any needs. I really enjoyed working with them and how often can you say that about needing a plumber?

Our tenants mentioned that they smelled gas, so we called the city and they detected 4 different gas leaks and shut off our tenants' gas right away. We called Beach Plumbing right away and Edwin from their team came out to help us.

I have never had a better experience with a company before in my life. Edwin seriously went above and beyond and did much more than what we needed to do. He taught us a few tips and tricks to maintain our plumbing and even helped us check out other things in the house that we were having issues with.

He was super kind, knowledgeable, and provided an AWESOME service. If I ever run into any issues again, or if anyone ever asks me if I know of a good plumber, I am referring Edwin and the Beach Plumbing team right away.

Our shower was backing up, and we called a number of different plumbing companies since we're new to the area. Unfortunately, most didn't respond but Beach Plumbing did and sent Edwin over to investigate. Turns out that the issue was actually due to a faulty bath stopper. Edwin was able to figure this out quickly and didn't even charge us for coming out. Beach Plumbing/Edwin will definitely be our first call if we have any future plumbing problems. Thanks Edwin!
