Selling a house in Long Beach and needed to re-pipe under the kitchen sink to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. Called Beach and they answered right away. They came out the next day and got the job done quickly and at a great price. A couple of days later I had them come to my house in Costa Mesa to fix a broken toilet. Again fast response and job done the same day. Dealt with the owner and two other plumbers and all of them were happy and friendly. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Excellent service! We had a blocked drain for a couple of days backing up, and didn't get to call for a plumber till Saturday morning. Spoke with Richard, the owner of the business, and he was at our house within the hour. Very friendly, told us to start running the water for the sink and the washing machine and he had the problem taken care of in half an hour. Cleaned everything up and we were good to go. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely call Beach Plumbing the next time I need a job done.

We had a slab leak back in December and decided to just repipe the whole house instead of fixing the leak. We are very happy that we chose Beach Plumbing & Jetting to do this as Richard and his team were honest and got the job done right away. He even charged us less than the quote we were originally given. A couple months later, we discovered that our bathroom drain started leaking so we called Richard to check it. Again, they came right away and fixed it. They even checked the weird noise our toilet was making and changed the valve free of charge! They clearly care about the quality of their work and their clients. Awesome costumer service, I highly recommend them!

Where do I begin? I don't write many reviews, but this one definitely warrants one! I came home one day to find one of my exterior faucets in the backyard leaking pretty bad and wasn't able to turn it off. I couldn't find my water shut-off valve within my house, so I ended up turning off the water from the main water valve near the street. Reluctant to call one of those big plumbing franchise companies, I turned to ""Yelp"" and saw this family-owned company had 5 Stars with many reviews! After reading a handful of reviews, I decided to call this place to make an appointment for the next day. I was informed that someone would be out in 2 hours. I was very pleased to hear that based on my past experience with other plumbers who always say they'll come out the next morning, then show up in the evening.

Upon arrival, Richard (who happens to be the owner) immediately said ""you don't have a shut off valve"". It was actually a relief to hear him say that, since I walked around the house several times trying to locate one and started to question my intelligence.

Anyway, I can't express enough how happy I am that I called this company. Thinking this job might take a few hours, Richard fixed the leak in a matter of minutes! Furthermore, Richard is a true gentleman, very personable, and very professional! I informed him about a leak in my bathroom that I previously did not disclose on the phone. Upon entering my home, Richard even took off his shoes without being asked! He knew immediately what was wrong in the bathroom and told me that it would take a few hours to fix as he would have to order a part. He will be back!

I finally found a plumber I could trust and HIGHLY recommend Beach Plumbing and Jetting's services!

My master bedroom got flooded due to a clog in the sewer line. So I called Beach Plumbing. Richard and Greg arrived within 15 minutes. Theses guys were very friendly and took their time evaluating the problem. Richard took his shoes off before going in the house. They recommended video camera drain inspection to find the clog. They had me watch the monitor as the camera traveled through the sewer line. The clog was due to TAMPONS that had accumulated over the years. They made sure the sewer line to the street was clear as well. LESSON LEARNED - DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILET EXCEPT TOILET PAPER.

Truly 6 (six) stars!!!!! Please take the time to read this review- It could LITERALLY save you thousands! Our tub was not draining at all. We were quoted $6,500 to replace our old cast iron under our raised foundation house after a company we called charged $200 to put a camera down our main drain all the way to the street (original price for camera was $400 before we finally agreed on $200). This camera showed no signs of blockage BTW. After doing a lot of research (thanks Google) I assessed that the blockage must be between the tub and the main. We then called another plumbing company to replace the old cast iron drain, overflow, and ""P"" trap to ABS the cost of which was $225.00. While the plumber was replacing this old cast iron section, they noticed standing water in a 2"" cast iron section between this new section and the 4"" main drain. They tried to snake this section which is less than 3' with no luck. The same plumber that replaced the section of old pipe then quoted us $450.00 to replace the 3' section that they were unable to unblock. This is when we went to yelp- should've done this from the beginning!!!! It was about 5:20 PM when we called 2 plumbing companies, both of which had an answering service as there was noone available which means we could not even get a quote from them. Our 3rd call was to Beach Plumbing and jetting where we spoke with Greg. Greg heard the history of our plumbing issue and what we had done up to that point. He said that he was sure that he could snake it to unblock the stoppage. He said that if he could not unblock it there would be no charge. He was at home at the time of this call, and said he would be over in 1/2 hr. Sure enough! He was here in a 1/2 hr, and had the drain COMPLETELY unclogged about 10 minutes later. We could have saved $400.0 and 3 days of not having a tub if we would have called Greg first. we are stoked that we now have a plumber. We will ALWAYS call and recommend Beach Plumbing and jetting!!!!!!!!

These guys are my heroes! I told them what was wrong with my plumbing. They gave me an estimate and said they could be at my place in an hour.

Well, they were there in half an hour, did the job in fifteen minutes. They were extremely courteous and respectful. They charged me exactly what they had estimated over the phone. My plumbing is now working great and they gave me instructions on how to prevent the problem from happening again.

Wonderful! Will definitely use again if needed! Hopefully not, though?
