Fabian came out and saved the day by unclogging my main line. He returned my call the same day, we scheduled service for the next day and showed up when he said they would. I will definitely use Beach Plumbing and Jetting again in the future.

In the past I would rent a snake and take care of the main line myself, but this time I ran into a problem and couldn't get the snake through an area with a turn in the line buried under a small concrete pad.

Fabian used his camera to show me there was a ""Y"" connection with a cap where the cast iron line transitions to the clay, and the snake wasn't turning the corner but just running into the cap. With a little patience and his camera he and his partner were able to manipulate the snake around the bend and unclog the line.

Based on my set up, this ""Y"" is going to be a continual problem, but Fabian didn't try to sell me additional services. He told me exactly what I need to do to fix the problem for good, and I can do it myself.

I appreciated Fabian's honesty and attention to detail while helping me out. Again, I will definitely be calling Fabian and his team again when the need arises.

Didn't need a whole lot of help really, just a clogged shower drain and 2 slow draining sinks. These dudes fixed it all in about 15min and left the head so sanitary and squared away that the virgin mary herself would be proud to come by and take a dump

Had two different companies come out to clear a pipe at a rental property in Long Beach. The first said they couldn't do it, the second said the pipe would need to be replaced and it would cost $3,400 for a four foot length of pipe to be put in. I called Richard, he laughed at what they quoted, went out that night and had the line cleared within 30 minutes at a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of what the other companies quoted.

If you need help in Long Beach, this is your guy. This was on Tuesday night, I called him to pay him at around 930PM and he said ""I'll call you tomorrow, don't worry about it"". I just now realized I still haven't paid him, so that's evidently my first phone call tomorrow. Great guy, great service, great price.

I am so so pleased with the plumbing service that I received from Beach Plumbing and Jetting! Fabian was the plumber that came over to fix the clog in my grandpa's kitchen sink that was beginning to smell. He not only fixed the sink, but took a look at other plumbing issues, gave me quotes and really awesome advice to go about tackling them. Fabian is knowledgeable, professional and really amazing at what he does. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional customer service.

Fabian and Kevin came out and were amazing. Not only were they professional, clean, friendly but they were also patient and very thorough. My grandma was having issues with her toilet not flushing. She hired another company to come out and they gave her a bid for a broken pipe repair. Thank goodness the other company wasn't able to complete the work that day and we were able to get a second opinion with Beach Plumbing. Fabian determined that there was not a break in the line afterall. He cleaned out the line and spent extra time showing my grandma, my husband and me via camera that there wasn't a break. He answered all of our questions. They installed the toilet and left everything clean. When Fabian and Kevin left we all felt confident with their work and explanations. They saved my grandma over 4500 in repairs that were not going to be needed and saved her house from being drilled into! Next time we will definitely skip the first company and go straight to Beach plumbing. They won me over.
