These guys were a God send to me last week when a pipe burst in my home and I needed an emergency contractor to come fix ASAP. I recently renovated my new home, built in 1976, and was completely screwed over as a first time home buyer with a contractor that did not do good work.
When I looked at yelp and saw the great reviews I had to go with my gut and ask for someone new to come have a look to see what was going on. Not only did they come out as quick as he could (luck would have it he was nearby and arrived within 10 minutes) but he was knowledgeable, encouraged me to learn what was happening so I could understand what the issues were, took incredible care of my home and tried his best to make sure he only opened up walls he absolutely had to based on his equipment that read where there was water moving.
What was even better is that he took a look around and pointed out things I needed to be aware of- not for a sale at all, but as someone who genuinely cares that my place is up to code and my home will be safe. My contractor left metal straps on copper piping that is already beginning to rust, he left a bucket underneath my subfloor as an ""emergency run off"" instead of piping it to the outdoor or tying into a drain line.. all these things and several more he inspected quickly to let me know as I was explaining to him what my issues were with my former contractor. I have to say, this company will always be my go-to plumbing company for as long as I'm in their area after last week. They've got a new customer for life.

Two days before Thanksgiving I had a main line clog that led to some other issues. I called Beach Plumbing Richard was able to make it to the house in a very timely manner. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He snaked two drains including the main line. Richard is a great guy with great customer service, he really cares about his customers. I will call Beach Plumbing from here on out.

I called for a plumbing emergency around 8p. The plumber got to my house by 8:30p. Fabian, the plumber, was very friendly and got right to work. He had my difficult clog cleared within 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with the work done, how quickly it was done, and the professionalism of Fabian. Thank you, guys, for the awesome job!!!!

Had a jammed garbage disposal and called for service...Fabian took my call and recommended that I try a DIY method (simply using alan wrench to loosen up the blades) first before having someone come out...The DIY worked awesome and we saved $$$$...Appreciated the honest advice and will call them again.

Rich has great customer service. My appointment was missed and he offered to provide the service for free. He snaked and Dave crawled under the house to identify the problem. Also took pictures and took the time to explain my options in terms I could understand. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

Had a drain problem in garage. Greg and crew called letting us know their arrival time. Did an excellent job. Had to climb up on the roof also, cleared the problem made sure it was done completely. They are good.

We used Beach Plumbing this past week to diagnose and fix several different problems which had arisen from work done by other contractors/subcontractors during a major home renovation which we undertook last year.

Richard and Fabian consistently showed up when they said they would, were highly professional and efficient in finding, clearly explaining/showing us problems (a couple of which required some creative thinking to solve), presented us with options/recommendations, and worked quickly, cleanly, and at very reasonable rates (quoted up front).

These guys were very professional and great to work with. They also take credit card payment, which was a plus for me. I had them check out a leak that turned into a much larger project that I had expected/hoped for. I was given a couple options on how to attack the problem and what I felt were very honest and informative reasons for going at it either way. They were able to start right away and completed the project quickly. When the kitchen sink backed up about a month later, they came out to check it free of charge even after determining that the back up wasn't related to the work they did. Great guys!

Just had Beach Plumbing come out last Friday and I can honestly say these guys are the best. Fabian was very helpful and extremely professional. I had told him I needed my bathtub drain and kitchen drain DE clogged. He informed me that only my bathtub drain was clogged. He was so honest. He could have snaked both and I would have never known the truth. He also replaced my corroded Bathtub Facuet for free! Can beat that! He also showed up on time and called to say he was on his way. Price was reasonable and I happy to say I have found my New Favorite Plumbing Company!
