So very HAPPY with ISAAC and BEACH CITY PLUMBING. Most importantly he is non judgmental of gender, race, or sexual orientation. I consider him a LGBT ally. This is important to me because I do get worried on letting strangers into my house. It's my safe space.
He was honest on the phone and very very respectful and very informative on what was needed to accomplish my plumbing needs. I had two running toilets and a shower that would not work properly. He had me send him photos of the items that needed to be repaired beforehand so he can get the required parts needed.
Unfortunately, the person who flipped our house a long time ago that we bought made our shower out of a jigsaw puzzle, and our shower was not the brand it was labeled as. In fact after he opened it up we saw it was a lot of parts that had decomposed and fallen apart. Isaac was able to figure out what was needed to make the whole thing work and fixed it very fast.
I find a lot of value in his work, in his cleanliness and respectfulness of my home. He quoted me a fair price and only changed it when we realized that the shower was a different brand. Not his fault but the fault of sneaky house flippers.
He is very friendly with pets as well, which is nice as well because my cat Chester wanted to watch and learn as he worked. Thanks Isaac. Big fan of you and your work.

Second time using Isaac. He replaced my water heater and my neighbor's. He did great work once again. He also fixed the raised platform and made sure everything was up to par. Price was a little high for me but I think everything is expensive right now with bidenomics. Isaac will always be there for you in an emergency. Thank you.

I highly recommend Beach City Plumbing & Rooter! I do not write many reviews so this is rare but they earned my respect and loyalty. Our kitchen faucet stopped working. Called them Isaac came out same day identified the problem, solved the problem and gave me clear advice what to do going forward.
That's what I call excellent service.

I would highly recommend Beach City Plumbing and Rooter! Isaac did a great job! I needed to have a shower and tub valve replaced, 4 hose bibs replaced and a gas line and Jacuzzi equipment removed. Isaac came out and gave me a reasonable quote the day I called and got all the work done the very next day. He's very knowledgeable, pleasant and works hard. I'm very happy with the work he has done and will gladly hire him again for my future plumbing needs.

My sink started leaking on Christmas Eve in the middle of preparing food for the next day. I knew it would be difficult to get someone to come out but I was desperate. I came to Yelp and Isaac responded right away. I explained the problem, sent a picture, and he diagnosed the issue and gave me a flat rate estimate which I really appreciated because I knew up front how much it would cost. He purchased a new faucet and came to install it within the hour. My old faucet was difficult to get out because apparently my sink had been built around it but he got his tools and made quick work of it. Last night (1 month later), I noticed my sink was leaking again and I immediately reached out to Isaac because he had assured me that he stands by his work. He came by this morning and explained what the problem was and tightened up the screw on the faucet that had somehow gotten loose. I highly recommend Isaac for your plumbing needs. He is prompt, efficient, fair, and reliable. You won't be disappointed!

Had trouble yesterday with a back up and reached out to Beach City Plumbing and Rooter. He responded quickly and amazingly the issue self corrected over night.

Our shower valve broke and Issac helped us out replacing the valve long after a full days work to get us the ability to take a shower as we only currently have one. He then came back on the weekend to make an adjustment that was needed to fine tune the valve. I would recommend Beach City to anyone with a plumbing issue.
