I tried calling a few local plumbers who either never returned my call or just jerked me around for a week. This place came highly recommended on a community forum. Called on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a message and surprised that an answering service picked up. It was not an emergency so they said I will get a call back Monday morning. They called me back at 8:15a Monday morning, scheduled an 8a appointment for Tuesday, received an e mail and text confirmation within minutes and had a plumber in my driveway at 7:45a Tuesday morning (15 mins early). John, the tech was super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Could have said had to rip out walls to fix my issue but instead fixed a leaky gasket, was in and out in about 90 mins and the bill reasonable. We found our regular plumber!

Dominick Bianco the owner was great. His office staff was very helpful. We woke up to one of the toilets not working. We are a family of 7 so all of the toilets are important in my house. Even though they had a full schedule they fit me in got it fixed the same day. The problem was fixed right the first time and at a reasonable price. I see few complaints regarding price on here and all I can say is that the price was fair for hiring a pro to do the job. I appreciate them fitting me in and being professionals the entire job. I highly recommend them.

We use BDP for annual maintenance and they were the only ones to correctly diagnose our problem and fix it without it costing us a small fortune So today when we were stuck without heat and hot water because our oil lines had clogged and gelled due too the extreme cold weather we experienced today I called them .I had a tech at my house who was super ,super nice and the problem was fixed within an hour of my emergency phone call I would recommend BDP to anybody who needs a plumber.

I'm sorry to be posting this review. We used BDP a few years ago for a furnace installation at our previous house, and it went pretty well. When the town inspector came back to us with nitpicky details, they dealt with it so we'd pass inspection. So now that we need a LP conversion for a new dryer, I figured I'd give them a call. I called and asked for a quote, and was told a technician would call me back. A few days later, I got a call back from Dominick. He gave me the quote, which he said had been the price for this job for over five years. I asked if I needed to purchase a conversion kit, and he, without hesitation, said no. He said the parts are usually taped to the back of the dryer, in a little bag. After the conversion, he said, they take the natural gas parts and put them in, to save in case we ever switch. We had a conversation about that - the likelihood of this neighborhood getting natural gas any time soon. When the day came, two guys arrived. One was very young (looked like high school age), maybe an apprentice, and the other seemed to be the one in charge. The older guy spent a while looking through the manual for instructions on how to do the LP conversion. I assume he was looking for the particulars, and that it wasn't the case that he had never done one of these before. The kid was sent to shut off the gas, but he clearly didn't know how to find it. Eventually the older guy finds a bit about LP conversions, and says I need a part. I asked if I could go get it (big box store is 7 minutes away), but he said the office wouldn't want him sitting around waiting for that. And apparently he couldn't go get it either. They went to the truck and he called the office. Then he sent the kid back in the house to tell me that we'd have to reschedule, and that they were charging me a $58 travel fee. On the invoice it said that I had been unprepared for the installation, not having been ready with the needed conversion kit, so they couldn't do the installation. The kid was apologetic, and the older guy never showed his face again. I told him that I had specifically asked if I'd need to get the part, and that I was specifically told by Dominick that I did not need to. Obviously I did not reschedule with them. I had hoped they'd call to discuss, explain, apologize, anything - but I never heard back from them again. (This was 2-3 weeks ago.)
