I contacted BDI for an estimate to repair my basement at one of my rental properties, after a previous construction company failed to meet my expectations and cost me more money. BDI was very professional and the owner was confident in assuring me that they could complete the work within my deadline. They arrived on time and offered me a competitive price that I found to be fair. The owner was very kind and generous in accommodating my needs even though they were not initially on their schedule. The transaction went very smoothly and I am definitely going to use them again soon.

I am disappointed in Tony for taking my money and not finishing the job. He stopped taking my phone calls which mean he refuses to refund my money after I left him many messages. The work that his crew did was really good as far as flooring and installing ceiling fans. The last thing to be completed was to install a window and that's were the work stopped. Tony, the owner, went ghost on me. This is not a way to run a business.

I contacted Tony for a quote on re-configuring some PEX plumbing and gas lines as well as a 1800 sqft drywall and paint job. I had to make a choice and I ultimately ended up going with a different company but Tony was very responsive and his prices were in-line with other companies as well.

Most professional and experienced contractor in the area, by far. I needed an extensive renovation to a new property; I got cheaper quotes from other area contractors, but after a very professional quote interaction with Tony (and several follow up phone conversations) I felt confident in moving forward with BDI. I could not be more pleased with both the quality of the end product and the customer service provided through out this renovation.
